Tonight’s WWE RAW airing June 30, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The post-WWE Night of Champions show sees WWE World Tag Team Champions The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) defending their titles against The Judgment Day (Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh). Plus, “The Eradicator” Rhea Ripley will open the show.
The show kicks off at 6:00 PM ET on Netflix and is available for international fans on streaming platforms like Netflix. The show opens up with a video package recapping this past Saturday’s WWE Night of Champions premium live event. The recap began with them talking about how great the city and the country are. It also included headlines from various news/sports outlets, one of which said that Sami Zayn pulled off a miracle win over Karrion Kross.
Michael Cole then welcomes us to the show and he is joined on commentary by Corey Graves. They then narrate the backstage arrivals of Sami Zayn, Penta, The New Day and Sheamus. Cole says the show is sold out and lists the attendance as 14,033 while we see a shot of the host city.
Rhea Ripley’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring. There are loud “Mami” chants before Ripley welcomes the fans to “Monday Night Mami.” Ripley then says she hoped to be done with Raquel Rodriguez and The Judgment Day for good, then questions what is next for her. Ripley then says she needs to get her priorities straight. WWE Women’s World Champion IYO SKY’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring.
SKY says you can’t have Evolution without her, but Ripley is wrong about being on top. SKY then says she wants to defend her Women’s World Championship against the best and that means Ripley. Ripley then says she has nothing but respect for SKK and she’ll stop at nothing to get back the Women’s World Championship if SKY really wants that. Ripley then tells SKY that whatever happens at Evolution is what she wanted, then says SKY it is on at Evolution if that’s what she wants. SKY then smiles and holds the title up between them.
We then head to the back, where WWE Intercontinental Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio is walking and AJ Styles runs into him. Mysterio has a doctor’s note and warns Styles that he is not cleared to compete. RAW General Manager Adam Pearce then verifies it and tells Styles if he lays a finger on Dominik, then he won’t get a title shot. Styles then puts on his glasses and reads the letter. Styles says the doctor said Mysterio is a punk ass. Styles then says when Mysterio is cleared to compete, he’ll destroy him and take the title. Styles then walks off and Mysterio says he doesn’t want to beat up the elderly. Styles then returns, but Mysterio holds the note up again and scurries away.
Judgment Day then make their way down to the ring for the first match of the night and The New Day follow.
The match starts off with Finn Bálor and Kofi Kingston and both men go back and forth. Bálor then sends Kingston into the corner, then tags in McDonagh. McDonagh then hits a drop toe hold on Kingston, then delivers some right hands on his midsection and follows it up with a boot on his midsection.
Woods then tags in and beats down McDonagh, but McDonagh hits a crossbody on Woods off the top rope and looks to tag in Bálor. Kingston then pulls Bálor off the apron on the outside to prevent McDonagh from making the tag, then tags in himself and continues to wear down McDonagh. Woods then tags back in and hits a superkick on McDonagh, then nails him with a chop.
Bálor and Kingston then tag in and Bálor delivers some stomps on Woods and Kingston’s chests. Bálor then hits a chop on Kingston’s chest and sends him into the corner, but Kingston climbs to the top rope and looks to fly. Bálor then moves out of the way and nails Kingston with a Sling Blade, but Kingston nails Bálor with a knee. Woods then tags in and Bálor looks to hit a Cup De Grace on him, but accidentally hits his partner. Woods then pins Bálor, but Bálor kicks out. Kingston then tags in and The New Day double teams on Bálor before Kingston goes for a pin on Bálor and Bálor kicks out.
Bálor then rolls Kingston up, but Kingston kicks out. Woods then nails Bálor with one of the WWE Tag Team Championship belts from behind and Kingston rolls up Bálor, but Bálor kicks out with the referee having been late to begin the count. Woods then climbs to the top rope, but Bálor sends Kingston crashing into the top rope face first to trip Woods. McDonagh then tags back in and hits a Spanish Fly on Woods off the top rope. He then goes for a pin, but Kingston breaks the fall. McDonagh then hits a moonsault on Woods off the top rope and Bálor follows it up with a Coup De Grace for the win.

After the match, WWE Intercontinental Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio joins Bálor and McDonagh as they celebrate their win. The Judgment Day then holds their titles up as a huge pyrotechnics display goes off.
We then see Lyra Valkyria attacked Becky Lynch last week on RAW as Bayley was setting up to win the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Bayley was furious with Valkyria.
We then head to the back, where Jackie Redmond is interviewing Bayley. Bayley is asked if she is still focused on another opportunity for the Intercontinental Championship and Bayley says her focus hasn’t changed even though Lyra Valkyria got involved in her match. Lyra Valkyria then shows up and isn’t happy that Bayley is talking about her. Valkyria then says she is going to apologize, but she no longer knows who Bayley is. Valkyria then says it’s not personal with them, it’s personal with her and Becky Lynch. Bayley then says it is personal with her and Lynch because she took her out before WrestleMania. RAW General Manager Adam Pearce then silences them as they argue. Pearce then says he thought something like this would happen, so he’s putting them in a match tonight and the winner will be the No. 1 Contender for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Valkyria then says, “See you in the ring, friend.” Pearce then says, “Happy Monday.”
We then see Sheamus prepare for his match against Rusev. He then high-fives Akira Tozawa, Maxxine Dupri and Natalya.
We then get a video looking at the career of WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg.
We then see a replay from last week’s RAW, where Chad Gable confronted Penta backstage. Penta kicks Gable down and hits the Sacrifice. We then see Chad Gable talking to American Made with his arm in a sling. RAW General Manager Adam Pearce then shows up and wishes Gable luck on his upcoming surgery. Gable then says he’s an Olympian and makes his own luck. Pearce then says he supposes they won’t see El Grande Americano. Gable then says he’s the World’s Greatest Luchador, so you never know. Gable then tells American Made not to lose their spirit. The Creed Brothers aren’t sure what they’ll do without Gable. Gable then tells them to listen to Ivy Nile. Ludwig Kaiser is then shown lurking in the shadows.
Rusev then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night.
We then head to the back, where Adam Pearce is talking with Smackdown General Manager Nick Aldis when Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh show up. Bálor then suggests that Raquel Rodriguez team with Roxanne Perez as the new Women’s World Tag Team Champions. Pearce and Aldis then speak for a moment and tells Bálor that they will allow it. Aldis then says they will need to prove they are worthy champions. Pearce then says Rodriguez and Perez will defend the titles against a team from RAW, SmackDown and NXT at Evolution. After Bálor and McDonagh leaves, Aldis notes that he and Pearce are on the same page. Pearce then says, “for now” before walking away.
Sheamus then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night.
The match starts off with both men staring each other down. Sheamus then delivers some right hands on Rusev, but Rusev nails Sheamus with a clothesline and looks to hit a crossbody on him off the apron and onto the floor. Sheamus then catches Rusev and counters into a slam onto the floor. Rusev then sends Sheamus crashing into the ring post shoulder first, then wears him down with a submission hold and delivers some right hands and stomps on him in the corner. Rusev then sends Sheamus crashing into the mat with a powerslam and goes for a pin, but Sheamus kicks out.
Rusev then hits a superplex on Sheamus, but Sheamus climbs to the top rope and hits a clothesline on Rusev. Sheamus then goes for a pin, but Rusev kicks out. Sheamus then hits a White Noise on Rusev, but Rusev hits a kick on Sheamus’ head. Sheamus then hits a knee strike on Rusev before he hits a running knee strike, then goes for a pin but Rusev kicks out.
Rusev then sends Sheamus crashing into the mat and hits the Machka Kick on him, then cinches in The Accolade. Sheamus then powers up to his feet and sends himself and Rusev crashing out of the ring over the top rope. Sheamus then hits a Brogue Kick on Rusev on the outside and the referee begins a ten count. Both men then beat it. Rusev then sends Sheamus crashing into the side of the top turnbuckle from the apron throat first, then follows it up with the Machka Kick for the win.

After the match, Rusev kneels over Sheamus and talks some trash before leaving.
We then get a video from SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis and RAW General Manager Adam Pearce, who announce that there will be a Battle Royal at Evolution to determine who gets to receive a title shot at WWE Clash in Paris.
We then head to the back, where Jackie Redmond is interviewing Ivy Nile and The Creed Brothers. Redmond asks how they plan to move forward without their leader. Nile says she’ll make sure to get herself into the Battle Royal at Evolution. All of a sudden, El Grande Americano shows up before leaving and American Made is stunned, but it doesn’t look like Chad Gable as it resembles Ludwig Kaiser. Redmond then asks for a comment, but Nile says, “No comment.” A stunned American Made then walks off. Redmond then catches up with Sami Zayn, but before she can ask a question Karrion Kross viciously attacks him. Kross then grabs a lead pipe and tells Zayn to say it before smashing him in the ribs. WWE officials and referees then run over to pull Kross away. Scarlett looks pleased and Zayn is in pain.
Commentary then hypes up the following matches for the July 13 WWE Evolution premium live event: IYO SKY vs. Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship, a battle royal for a shot at a championship at Clash in Paris and Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez vs. teams from RAW, SmackDown and NXT in a Fatal 4-Way for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.
WWE World Heavyweight Champion “The Ring General” GUNTHER’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. GUNTHER starts off by addressing Goldberg and says Goldberg has left a mark on every opponent he has stepped into the ring with. GUNTHER then says all of that was summed up in three minutes and he has every right to claim that he’s the most feared man of his generation, but he’s not afraid of what’s left of Goldberg. GUNTHER then says Goldberg wants to ride his coattails at the end of his career and he knows Goldberg isn’t capable of taking the World Heavyweight Championship of him while he’s capable of beating him in under three minutes. GUNTHER then says he will take his time taking Goldberg apart at Saturday Night’s Main Event and embarrass him in front of his loved ones. GUNTHER then says he’ll expose Goldberg for never having it, then asks who will be next.
Seth “Freakin” Rollins’ music then hits and he makes his way out along with Paul Heyman. Rollins says he travelled far to achieve absolutely nothing and if GUNTHER had paid any attention he would’ve seen what happened at Night Of Champions when he ensured CM Punk would not be a World Champion in WWE. Rollins then congratulates GUNTHER on being World Heavyweight Champion and stares him down, but Punk’s music hits and he begins brawling with Rollins. Punk then takes down Rollins with a back elbow, but Rollins retreats through the crowd. Punk then looks to leave, but GUNTHER grabs his arm. Punk shoves then GUNTHER in response, but LA Knight sneaks up behind Rollins and brawls with him in the concession and merchandise area of the arena.
We then see Finn Bálor, JD McDonagh and “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio in the Judgment Day clubhouse with Roxanne Perez, who joins them in holding a title belt. Raquel Rodriguez then shows up and asks if they are replacing Liv Morgan. Rodriguez then says Morgan is rehabbing and will be back. Bálor then says he’s had a shoulder injury and it will be a long time before Morgan returns. Bálor then says he wanted to make sure Rodriguez stayed a champion. Bálor then calls for a vote on making Perez an official member of the group. Dominik then says he had to talk to Liv. Bálor then tells him to vote. Rodriguez then says Perez better hold up her end of the bargain. Perez is then officially added to the group. Bálor then says Morgan will love it.
Bayley’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night.
We then get a Kairi Sane video package. It has a pirate theme and she speaks about how she is not afraid of anything. Sane then says “The Pirate Princess is here.”
Lyra Valkyria then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night.
The match starts off with both women locking up. Both women then go back and forth before Valkyria hits a knee on Bayley and goes for a pin. Bayley then kicks out and sends Valkyria into the corner of the ring face first and cinches in a Boston Crab on her. Valkyria then rolls up Bayley to escape, but Bayley kicks out. Both women then nail one another with crossbodies.
Valkyria then sends Bayley into the corner spine first, but Bayley responds with a superplex on Valkyria. Valkyria then immediately transitions into a pin, but Bayley kicks out and hits a back suplex on Valkyria. Bayley then rolls up Valkyria, but Valkyria counters into a pinfall of her own. Bayley then kicks out and pins Valkyria with her own shoulders down on the mat for the count as the referee decides to declare the match a draw.
The WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender’s Match ends in a draw!
After the match, both women brawl out of the ring and into the crowd. They are then eventually separated by WWE officials.
We then head to the back, where an irate CM Punk is walking when Jackie Redmond stops him. Punk says Seth Rollins’ knees haven’t worked that well in years when he ran away. Punk then says he has receipts for Rollins’ whole group. Punk then goes over to LA Knight and says he knows he has issues with Rollins, but he needs to get in the back of the line. Knight then says his match against Rollins was just announced for Saturday Night’s Main Event so he is the line. Knight then walks off.
In another backstage area, we see that Sami Zayn is being treated by a medical professional and his ribs are heavily taped. Penta, his tag partner for the night, then checks on him. Zayn then painfully pulls himself to his feet and says he’s still going through with the match. Zayn then heads to the Gorilla Position.
Sami Zayn then makes his way down to the ring for the main event of the night and Penta follows.
We then see WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman in the Gorilla Position with “Big” Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker. Heyman then talks to Seth Rollins on his phone. Reed then asks where Rollins is. Heyman then says he’s on a jet, perfecting Plan B. Reed then asks what Plan B is. Breakker then says Plan B is for him to take out everyone in their way. Heyman then says that is a plan, but there is a time. Breakker then cuts him off and says it starts with these two. Breakker then tells the production crew to hit his music and Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman make their way down to the ring.
The match starts off with Penta and Bron Breakker and both men lock up. Breakker then slams Penta down. Breakker then punches Penta before hitting a shoulder on the midsection in the corner. Breakker then sends Penta to the corner, but Penta slingshots over him, ducks a clothesline and hits a head-scissor takeover. Penta then kicks Breakker in the corner. Breakker then elbows him, but Penta responds with a boot. Penta then hits a running hurricanrana. Sami Zayn then tags in and comes off the second rope with an elbow to the arm. Zayn then chops the chest and wrenches the arm. Breakker then knees Zayn in the injured ribs. Breakker then hits the roper and runs over Zayn with a massive clothesline.
“Big” Bronson Reed then tags in and hits the back. Reed then sends Zayn to the corner and nails him. Reed then sends him to the opposite corner, but Zayn elbows him in the face. Zayn then comes off the second rope with an ax handle. Penta then tags in. Penta and Zayn then try to send Reed, but he puts the brakes on. They. then nail Reed. Penta then leaps off Zayn’s back and forearms Reed out of the ring. They then send Breakker out of the ring with a kick. Penta and Zayn then take Reed and Breakker out with stereo somersault planchas. Reed is now applying a neck vice on Penta. Reed then beats Penta down as he tries to fight up. Reed then sends Penta into the ropes, but he lowers his head and takes a kick. Penta then hits a step-up enzuigiri.
Zayn then tags in and punches Reed. Zayn then hits the ten punches in the corner and unloads on him well beyond the ten punches. Zayn then hits the ropes for a clothesline, but Reed doesn’t go down. Zayn then tries again, but Reed stays standing. Reed then kicks Zayn in the ribs. Zayn then springboards over him and hits a clothesline over the top rope. Zayn then sends Breakker out of the ring, goes to the apron and kicks him. Zayn then hits an Arabian Press to the floor and points to the sky in tribute to the late Sabu. Zayn then gets Reed into the ring and heads to the top rope. Reed then cuts him off with a strike. Reed then climbs to the second rope and hits the spine. Zayn then fights back and punches Reed. Zayn then hits a sunset flip powerbomb off the middle rope for a near fall.
Zayn then grabs Reed, but Reed pops up and hits a Death Valley Driver for a two count. Zayn then holds his ribs in pain. Breakker then tags in. Reed then puts Zayn in the electric chair as Breakker goes to the top rope. Zayn then slides off Reed’s shoulders and attacks Breakker. Reed then knocks Zayn out of the ring. Breakker then comes off the apron with a huge clothesline on Zayn over the commentary desk. Breakker then applies a bear hug to the injured ribs. Zayn then fights out and manages to hit Breakker with a back body drop over the top rope. Breakker then gets in the ring to stop the tag and gets Reed in. Zayn then avoids a senton splash.
Penta and Breakker then tag in. Penta then hits a diving cross-body block. Penta then kicks Breakker in the knee and hits a reverse Sling Blade. Penta then kicks Reed in the head and kicks Breakker down in the corner. Penta. then hits a handspring slingshot dropkick before setting up for a Sacrifice. Penta then snaps Breakker’s arm. Penta then sets up for a Penta Driver, but Breakker fights out. Breakker then military presses him, but Penta counters with a satellite DDT for a near fall. Penta then nails Breakker. Paul Heyman then gets on the apron to distract the referee. Reed then crotches Penta on the top rope and tags in. Breakker then hits a Frankensteiner. Reed then follows it up with a sit-out powerbomb and Zayn breaks up the pin. Reed then knocks Zayn out of the ring and sets Penta up for a Tsunami, but Penta rolls out of the way. Reed then hits the mat hard and knocks the wind out of himself.
Zayn and Breakker then tag in. Zayn then hits an exploder suplex into the corner before going to the opposite corner. Zayn then charges for a Helluva Kick, but Breakker wipes him out with a leaping clothesline. Breakker then pulls the straps down and hits the ropes for a Spear, but Zayn big boots him down and Reed breaks up the pin. Penta then runs in, but Reed knocks him out of the ring. Zayn then hooks Reed’s head for a suplex, but he can’t get Reed up. Reed then goes for a suplex, but Zayn twists out. Zayn then sidesteps him and drives him into the turnbuckles. Penta then snaps Reed off the top rope and Zayn hits Reed with a vertical suplex. Breakker then hits Zayn with a Spear for the win.
The winners of the Tag Team Match, “The Unpredictable Badass” Bron Breakker and “Big” Bronson Reed!
After the match, Penta checks on Zayn. Breakker then spears Penta, but Jey Uso makes his way down to the ring with a chair in hand. He then hits Breakker with it across his spine, then goes after Reed and tosses the chair at him. Jey, Zayn and Penta then stand tall in the ring as the show comes to a close.
