Adriana Rizzo is back on her feet — literally. After tearing her ACL and meniscus over the summer, the WWE NXT star has kept a low profile while recovering from her third serious injury in less than two years. But on October 30, Rizzo broke that silence with a promising update.

In a video posted to her Instagram Stories, Rizzo was seen running on an AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, just four months post-surgery. The clip gave fans their first real glimpse at her physical progress since her August announcement — and the energy was all forward motion.

This comes just after Rizzo told fans during an Instagram Q&A that she’s eyeing a return to the ring “sometime in the spring most likely.” It was the first timeline she’s given since the brutal knee injury sidelined her back in August. At the time, she posted:

“Here we go again… torn ACL and meniscus. A setback, not the end. As some of you know, I’ve had a string of bad luck with injuries — I tore my Achilles in 2023, partially tore my ACL four months later, and have been working on it ever since. After a year and a half, it finally gave out on me. I’m ready to attack this and come back 100% healthy for the first time in my WWE career.”

While nothing is guaranteed in injury rehab, this new footage is a big sign that her comeback is on track. Rizzo’s consistency through multiple major setbacks has built her a loyal following, and this update is sure to keep that support strong through the spring.
