Tonight’s WWE NXT airing June 24, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the Capitol Wrestling Center (WWE Performance Center) in Orlando, Florida. The show sees TNA World Champion Trick Williams defend his title against Josh Briggs. Plus, Stacks will face “The Don Of NXT” Tony D’Angelo for the vacant WWE NXT Heritage Cup Championship.

The show opens up with quick promos from Lash Legend, Jordynne Grace, Izzi Dame and Jaida Parker, where they all hype their upcoming match to become number one contender to the NXT Women’s Championship.
Vic Joseph, Corey Graves and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T then welcomes us to the show and we get the entrances of the first match of the night.
The match starts off with Trick Williams toying with Josh Briggs with some offense. Briggs then gets his hands on Williams and sends him around the ring. Briggs then uses his size to block an Irish Whip. Briggs then comes back with a flying clothesline for a near fall. Briggs then no sells Williams’ chops and comes back with hooks in the corner. Williams then comes back with a throat chop and a Snake Eyes.
Williams then put Briggs in a Kesa Katame on the ground. Briggs then escapes with a back suplex. Briggs then dodges a right hand from Williams. Both men then trade running strikes. Williams then sends Briggs to ringside with a dropkick. Williams then tries to give Inamura a cheap shot, but Inamura catches the slap. Briggs then hits Williams with a big boot.
Briggs is now dominating Williams and tossing him around the ring. Briggs then hits Williams with a standing splash. Briggs then sends Williams into a corner and hits him with a series of blows, but Williams counters and gets a near fall. Williams then goads Briggs to stand. Williams then counters a lariat with a series of strikes. Briggs then goes for a Chokeslam, but Williams counters. Briggs then counters and hits the Chokeslam. He then covers and Williams gets hold of the ropes. Both men then trade strikes as they fight to their feet. Briggs then hits a Big Boot on Williams, but Williams comes back with a Question Mark Kick and a series of Superkicks. Briggs then comes back with a lariat. Briggs then goes to the top rope. Williams then dodges the moonsault and hits a Trick Shot for the win.

After the match, Williams gets on the microphone and says he is carrying two brands at the same time. Williams then calls himself the greatest TNA Champion and Joe Hendry’s music hits. Hendry then appears behind Williams and nails him, then knocks Williams out of the ring. Williams then retreats to end the segment.
We then head to the back, where Tavion Heights is arguing with Charlie Dempsey about how he injured him during a training session. Wren Sinclair then tries to keep the peace. Dempsey then says he can challenge Je’von Evans if Tavion is not up to it. Heights then says that he’s fine and he has a nose mask given to him by the doctor.
We then see Myles Borne chatting and dapping it up with some Florida Gators football players. Lexis King then shows up, but Borne didn’t mind him. Borne then says he put in hard work, unlike King who takes shortcut. King then trash talks the two Gators. One of the Gators players then wonders if King’s beard is painted on.
Jaida Parker is then shown warming up backstage and we get the entrances of the next match of the night.
The match starts off with Heights doing some Amateur Wrestling slams and getting some near falls. Heights then places Evans in a top wristlock. Evans then escapes with an overhead armdrag. Heights then gets a two count after a Sunset Flip. Evans then hits Heights with a high crossbody and springboard hurricanrana. Evans then hits Heights with a top rope clearing dive.
Evans and Heights then trade some strikes. Heights then dodges a forearm and crushes Evans for a near fall. Evans then does his best to slip out of Heights’s grip, but Heights uses his mask as a weapon, headbutting Evans in the back of the head and hitting a German Suplex for a near fall. Evans then keeps trying to get a pinfall to no avail. Evans then hits a kick to the face of Heights and hits him with another Superkick. Evans then hits a Tornado Body Splash on Heights for the win.

After the match, Jasper Troy sneaks up on Evans and hits him with a Black Hole Slam.
We then get a recap of the latest D’Angelo Family drama as Luca Crusifino accidentally hit Tony D’Angelo last week and Tony accuses Luca of hitting him on purpose. Ava then announces a title match because his consigliere signed off on it. Luca then says it wasn’t him and now we have Stacks vs. Tony D’Angelo. Luca then says he got the title match for Tony. Tony then says they’re not on the way in terms of trust, but they’re on the way. Stacks then says he is glad he can beat Tony again and calls Luca his consigliere.
Ricky Saints then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and his opponent is already in the ring.
The match starts off with Adonis throwing his jacket at Saints and Saints coming back with right hands. Saints then hits Adonis with a front kick and right hook. Saints then does his version of Old School and sends Adonis to ringside. Saints then does his signature pose.
Saints is throwing hands at Adonis, but Adonis comes back with a DDT to get momentum back. Adonis then hits The Cash Out for a near fall. Adonis. then sends Saints into the corner and across the ring. Saints then comes back and hits a lariat. Saints then hits a series of Atomic Drops. Saints then sends Adonis across the ring. Saints then hits a Satellite DDT for a near fall. Saints then counters a series of strikes and nails Adonis with a Spear. Saints then hits the Roshambo for the win.

After the match, Ethan Page appears on the big screen, but the feed froze. Page then appears from behind and beats down Saints. Page then teases a Twisted Grin, but then hit sSaints with a Roshambo instead to leave him laying.
We then get a DarkState promo. They all talk about how they are cooking up something despite not being on TV every week.
WWE NXT Champion Oba Femi is then shown walking backstage.
WWE NXT Champion Oba Femi’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Femi starts off by telling the crowd that all of his challengers have been footnotes to his legacy. Femi then says he is getting restless as there is no competition. Femi then says he need challengers and he challenges the locker room to step up. Yoshiki Inamura’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ing. Inamura says he came to NXT to chase glory. Inamura then says he went home to Japan and realized he missed Josh Briggs, but he also missed NXT. Inamura then says he loves NXT. Inamura then says he loves the culture. Inamura then says he loves the passion of the fans. Inamura then says he wants to become NXT Champion and challenges Femi. Femi then says he understands being a stranger like Inamura and accepts the challenge. Femi then says Inamura will fall just like everybody else.
Inamura then says he is ready. While Inamura is walking off, Jasper Troy shows up and runs through Inamura. Troy then gets on the apron and tells Femi that it’s not over.
We then head to the back, where Tatum Paxley is taking down her doll set. Izzi Dame then shows up and gifts Tatum a doll. Izzi then asks if Tatum can be in her corner in the main event. Sol Ruca and ZARIA then shows up and tries to tell Tatum not to trust Izzi. Izzi then walks off and follows Tatum to meet with Niko Vance and Shawn Spears. Tatum then agrees to join Izzi at ringside.
Tony D’Angelo then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night.
We then head to the back, where Trick Williams is in the locker room and he is approached by The High Ryze. Trick then argues about almost having his ribs broken last week in their match by Inamura. Wes Lee then says he is gonna whoop Joe Hendry’s ass next week. Trick then likes that and says he will owe High Ryze one if they can take care of Joe Hendry next week.
Stacks then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night.
The match starts off with both men trading strikes. D’Angelo then nails Stacks and dominates him in the corner. Stacks then starts to fight back, but D’Angelo stops his momentum and sends him across then ring. Stacks then tries to fight back again, but D’Angelo hits him with an Overhead Belly To Belly Suplex. Stacks then gets D’Angelo into the corner and pummels him. D’Angelo then hits a Shotgun Kick. Both men then trade shots as round 1 ends.
Round 2 then begins where Round 1 left off. D’Angelo then takes Stacks down and pummels him. Stacks then retreats to the apron and D’Angelo sends him crashing into the announce desk. D’Angelo then hits a spear for a pinfall. Round 3 then begins and Lorenzo hits a big move for a near fall. Stacks then comes out of the gate in Round 4 and gets a quick pin on D’Angelo.
Luca Crusifino then makes his way out to support D’Angelo. Round 4 then begins and Lorenzo gets an Indian Deathlock on D’Angelo. D’Angelo then fights out of it. D’Angelo then nails Stacks with lariats and hits him with a Spinebuster. D’Angelo then sends Stacks out of the ring and takes out his goons. Crusifino then squabbles with the goons and accidentally hits D’Angelo with a spit bucket. Stacks then hits a knee to the back of D’Angelo’s head for the win.

After the match, Crusifino tries to comfort D’Angelo but D’Angelo knocks him down for his troubles.
We then head to the back, where Sarah Schreiber is interviewing Fatal Influence. Jacy Jayne brags about taking out Blake Monroe during the contract signing. She then talks about going to ringside to see her Evolution opponent, which is the winner of the main event.
Jordynne Grace is then shown doing some pull-ups in the locker room.
We then see Thea Hail ranting about her loss last week before Lainey Reid says she is being played like a fiddle. Reid then says she will learn from Thea’s mistakes and Thea gets aggressive before Lash comes in and interrupts, saying that she has a match.
We then see NXT General Manager Ava yelling at Ethan Page about what that was earlier. Page says he has been on his best behavior, but Saints is pushing his buttons. Page then tells Ava to keep Saints far away from him and Ava says not to piss her off. Ava then says they have to be in her office next week and Page goes to text Vanity Project. A noise is then heard in another backstage area and we see that Hank & Tank were attacked.
Sarah Schreiber is now interviewing Joe Hendry. Hendry says it’s great to be back and is asked about losing the title at Battleground. Hendry says he thinks about it every day of his life. Hendry then says he can’t change the past, but he can change the future and the future is Slammiversary when he gets the title back. Hendry then says says Trick goes wherever he wants and shows up in TNA, so he’ll do the same and show up in NXT. Sarah then asks him about his match with Wes Lee next week. Hendry says Wes is a superstar who cut his teeth in TNA, but has forgotten where he came from. Hendry then says he’ll remind him because he’s a man on a mission and that is to be the next TNA World Champion.
Jaida Parker then makes her way down to the ring for the main event of the night and Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley follow.
We then see Uriah Connors and Kale Dixon studying and Andre Chase shows up and says that he needs to address last week. Chase says Kale is new everything he said is right and they need to toughen up. Uriah then says that he won’t accept this toxic atmosphere. Chase then says this is what built the university and Kale says it’s what destroyed it. They then walk off and question why they ever called out to Chase to bring the school back, which Chase hears.
Lash Legend and Jordynne Grace then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night.
The match starts off with all four women going at it and brawling with one another. Lash Legend then begins clearing out the ring and suplexing all the other women. Legend and Dame then get in a shoving match, which is interrupted by Parker and Grace. Dame and Legend then trade bodyslam attempts and they trade chops. Legend then nails Dame with a lariat. Grace then tries to go on the attack, but Legend overpowers her.
Grace then dodges a corner spear and sends Legend to the outside. Parker then gets in the ring and immediately gets hit with a flurry of strikes from Grace. Grace then hits a Fisherman’s Suplex, but Dame breaks up the pin. Dame then dominates Grace. Dame then hits a Flapjack for a near fall. Parker then hits a crossbody. Parker then hits Grace with a Gourdbuster. Legend then pulls Parker out of the ring and slams her into the announce desk. Grace then hits a dive to the outside. Dame then takes out Grace. Parker then takes out Dame. Tatum Paxley then catches Parker’s leg. ZARIA and Sol Ruca then take Paxley away from ringside.
Parker then hits a meteora on Dame. Parker then does the same on Grace. Parker then lifts Legend up and hits her with a Samoan Drop. Dame then hits a Tilt-A-Whirl Slam on Grace. Legend then breaks up the pinfall. Legend then hits a headbutt. Legend then uses Parker as a weapon to take out the other women in the match. She then covers, but Parker kicks out. Legend then gets double teamed by Grace and Parker, leading to a near fall, but Dame breaks up the pinfall.
Dame and Parker then trade strikes. Parker then goes to the top rope. Dame then meets her there and Legend does as well. Grace then powerbombs all three women and all three women are down. Parker then dodges a Vader Bomb from Grace. Parker then sends Grace to the outside. Dame then hits Parker with a Codebreaker. Legend then hits a Pump Kick. Legend then sends Dame out of the ring. Legend then hits a Backpack slam and covers, but Grace breaks up the pin. Grace then sends Legend out of the ring and gets Parker up for a Tornado Powerbomb for the win.

After the match, Grace gets on the corner to point and jaws at Jacy Jayne. A graphic is then shown to hype Grace vs. Jayne at Evolution. Commentary then run through next week’s advertised matches and the show comes to a close.
