Tonight’s WWE NXT airing January 29, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the Capitol Wrestling Center (WWE Performance Center) in Orlando, Florida. The show sees WWE NXT North American Champion and AAA Mixed Tag Team Champion “All Ego” Ethan Page defend his WWE NXT North American Championship against Elio LeFleur. Plus, ZaRuca (ZARIA and Sol Ruca), WrenQCC (Wren Sinclair and WWE EVOLVE Women’s Champion Kendal Grey) and Fatal Influence (WWE Women’s Speed Champion Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid) will face each other in a TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship Triple Threat #1 Contender’s Match.

WWE NXT Results (1/20/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show opens up with NXT General Manager Ava telling security that Tony D’Angelo is not the person she knew. Ava then says she put up some things to stop him tonight, but she tells security to be on the look out.
Vic Joseph and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T then welcomes us and Ethan Page makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night. Elio LeFleur then makes his way down to the ring next.
WWE NXT North American Championship Match: AAA Mixed Tag Team Champion “All Ego” Ethan Page (c) vs. Elio LeFleur
The match starts off with both men locking up and Page cinches in a side head lock. Page then hits a shoulder tackle and he pats Elio on the top of the head. Page then cinches in another side head lock. Page then hits another shoulder tackle and Elio hits a springboard head scissors take down. Page then hits a head scissors and Elio escapes and pats Page on the top of the head. Elio then flips over Page and hits a round kick as Page avoids a leg sweep. Elio then hits a body scissors to pull Page over the top rope and to the floor. Elio then hits a head scissors off the ring steps.
Page then stops Elio on a springboard move and drops him on the turnbuckles. Page then hits a back breaker onto the turnbuckles. Page then hits Elio with a Yakuza Kick off the apron and to the floor. Page then sends Elio into the apron and punches him. Page then hits a boot to the back. Page then hits a back elbow to Elio. Page then hits some punches and some knees to the back. Page then hits an elbow drop for a near fall. Page then cinches in a reverse chin lock. Elio then hits some punches, but Page pulls Elio down by the mask. Page then hits a boot to the back and a knee to the head. Page then hits a suplex and cinches in a Boston Crab. Elio then gets to the ropes to force a break.
Page then hits a forearm. Page then hits a power slam for a near fall. Page then head butts the back of Elio’s head. Page then sets up for a power bomb, but Elio blocks it and he back drops Page. Elio then hits some forearms and a springboard cross body. Elio then hits an enzuigiri. Elio then hits a swinging suplex for a near fall. Elio then goes up top and misses a 450 splash and rolls through. Page then hits a boot to the head and he gets a near fall. Page then punches and kicks Elio. Elio then blocks a boot and he slaps Page. Elio then hits a dragon suplex. Elio then goes for a springboard move, but Page hits a drop kick and Page picks up Elio for a power slam. Elio then counters with a DDT. Elio then hits a moonsault to the floor. Elio then sends Page back into the ring and he hits a springboard knee to the head for a near fall.
Elio then goes up top and he hits a missile drop kick and gets a near fall. Elio then goes for a 450 splash, but Page gets his knees up. Page then gets a near fall. Elio then counters an Ego’s Edge into a rana. Elio then hits a Yakuza Kick for a near fall. Page then stops a second Yakuza kick and hits a power bomb and gets the win with a handful of tights.

After the match, Ricky Saints makes his way out and poses in front of Ethan Page. Ricky says they are the glue that holds this place together. Ricky then says he is going to do some commentary and he tells Page to go to the back and put his feet up.
Vic Joseph then brings up Keanu Carver and him being in the Breakout Tournament and he asks Booker T about some disciplinary issues. We then see Booker T and Keanu Carver on LFG.
Josh Briggs then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Shiloh Hill follows.

The match starts off with Hill hitting some punches and a shoulder tackle. Josh then hits a kick to the shin and a forearm. Josh then hits some forearms to the back. Josh then sends Hill into the turnbuckles and Hill hits a chop. Josh then hits some punches. Hill then hits an Irish whip and a shoulder into the corner. Hill then hits a swinging neck breaker and a diving shoulder for a near fall. Hill then hits a forearm to the chest and Josh punches back. Hill then hits a leg drop to the back on the apron. Hill then goes up top and he leaps over Josh. Josh then hits a side slam and a splash for a near fall.
Hill then hits a head scissors take down. Josh then sends Hill to the floor. Josh then hits a boot through the ropes. Josh then sends Hill under the bottom rope to the floor on the other side of the ring post. Hill then hits a cross body off the steps. Josh then hits a clothesline. Josh then sends Hill into the apron. Josh then hits some boots and some knees to Hill. Hill then hits a shoulder tackle, but he misses an elbow drop. Hill then hits some punches. Josh then hits a hard Irish whip. Josh then gets a near fall. Josh then cinches in a reverse chin lock. Josh then hits an elbow drop for a near fall.
Josh then returns to the reverse chin lock. Josh then sends Hill into the turnbuckles, but Hill hits him with some punches. Josh then hits a forearm and he gets a near fall. Josh then pie faces Hill and yells at him. Hill then starts to shake and Josh hits a punch. Hill then hits a forearm and some punches. Hill then hits a head butt and a shoulder tackle. Josh then sends Hill to the apron and Hill hits a forearm. Hill then goes up top and hits a clothesline. Hill then hits a side slam and he hits an inward back senton for a near fall.
Josh then hits a forearm and Hill hits a boot. Josh then hits a kick and a choke slam for a near fall. Hill then stops Josh on the turnbuckles and pulls him to the mat. Hill then hits a butterfly hip toss for a near fall. Hill then runs into a boot in the corner. Josh then misses a moonsault and Hill hits a belly-to-back into a neck breaker for the win.

After the match, Tony D’Angelo appears out of nowhere having seemingly snuck into the building and chokeslams both Briggs and Hill. He then stares down Saints and leaves.
We then head to the back, where Sol stops by to talk to ZARIA. She says she knew that ZARIA was the one to fight for the title. ZARIA then asks where was her friend at the end of the match and Sol says that she was dealing with the Elegance Brand. ZARIA then says her shoulder is still sore. Sol then says she can do most of the work. ZARIA then says she might not be at 100 percent but if that is why they lose, don’t blame her.
The Vanity Project then makes their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Chase U follows.
