Tonight’s WWE NXT airing December 23, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the Capitol Wrestling Center (WWE Performance Center) in Orlando, Florida. The show sees WWE Women’s United States Champion and AAA Mixed Tag Team Champion Chelsea Green defend her WWE Women’s United States Championship against Sol Ruca. Plus, Lola Vice will face The Culling’s Izzi Dame in a Singles Match.

The show opens up with the arrivals of Thea Hail, Ricky Saints, Je’Von Evans, Ethan Page, Chelsea Green, Sol Ruca and ZARIA.
Vic Joseph and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T then welcomes us to the show as Lola Vice makes her way down to the ring for the first match of the night and The Culling follows.
The match starts off with Izzi sending Lola into the corner and hitting her with some shoulders. Lola then goes for a sunset flip and gets a near fall. Lola then hits some knees and forearms. Lola then hits some punches against the ropes and Izzi pushes Lola down. Izzi then hits some a clothesline. Lola then cinches in a triangle and Izzi gets a near fall. Izzi then hits a knee, but Lola hits some slaps. Lola then hits a springboard arm drag and a spinning back heel kick that sends Izzi to the floor. Lola then hits a running seated senton of the apron. Lola then hits a punch and a kick to the midsection. Izzi then hits a slam after she blocks a kick. Izzi then gets a near fall. Izzi then hits a forearm and a chop. Lola then hits a back heel kick and Izzi sends Lola into the turnbuckles. Izzi then misses a splash into the corner and Lola hits a series of kicks. Izzi then goes for a slam, but Lola counters into a rear naked choke. Izzi then falls back to the mat to get out of the hold. Izzi then pushes Lola down and Izzi blocks a kick and hits a leg trapped German suplex.
Izzi then goes for a Boston Crab, but Lola tries to get to the ropes and she sends Izzi into the turnbuckles. Lola then gets a rollup for a near fall. Lola then gets a crucifix for a near fall. Lola then hits spinning back heel kicks and she hits more kicks to send Izzi into the corner. Lola then hits a German suplex and a running hip attack. Izzi then hits some elbows. Lola then escapes a slam and hits a back elbow. Shawn Spears then grabs Lola’s leg and Izzi hits a drop kick. Izzi then sends Lola back into the ring and there are chainsaw noises and Tatum emerges. She then chases Spears to the back. Lola then hits a back fist for the win.

After the match, Kelani Jordan attacks Lola and sends her into the turnbuckles. Jordan then hits some kicks. The referee then finally pulls Jordan away after eight or nine kicks to the head.
We then see Jordynne watching the footage from the title match and she tells Thea that there is no doubt she won. Thea then says she is going to address the crowd as champion. She then thanks Jordynne for standing up for her.
We then see Ethan Page saying hello to Myles Borne. He then says he gave Myles fantastic advice and you chose not to listen. Page then says you would rather sulk and ask why. Page then says Leon Slater has the match that Borne wanted. Page then says you could have made a small change. Page then says look at Trick Williams and Ricky Saints. Page then says they make small changes and they are better for it. Page then says NXT is a shark tank. Page then says they have great whites coming from all over the world. Page then says if you can survive here, Monday and Friday will be a cake walk. Page then tells Myles he gets to watch a real champion handle business as he takes on TNA’s best.
Thea Hail then makes her way down to the ring. Thea starts off by thanking everyone. Thea then says she knows last week was a little controversial and some didn’t believe that she could win. Thea then says she didn’t believe she could win and she did it. Thea then says she heard people talk about winning titles, but nothing prepares you for when you win the title. Thea then says this is the greatest moment in her life. Thea then says you have watched her grow up and life can be so hard. Thea then says she was a high school senior and she got this opportunity. Thea then says al of the lessons that Mr. Chase taught her and all of the losses in title matches brought her here. Thea then says so many doubted her, but she believed. Thea then says when you believe and believe hard enough, you make history and you become the youngest NXT Women’s North American champion in history.
Thea then says growing up in front of the WWE Universe is hard. Thea then says this has been difficult and messy, but it has been real. Thea then says she finally feels the confidence she needs. Thea then says she is finally a grown ass woman. Blake Monroe’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring. Blake says to make this end. Blake then says that was a fluke. Blake then says that was a mistake. Blake then says it was an inconvenience that she has to deal with. Blake then removes her shoes and she says she never thought the number three would haunt her so much, but here we are. Blake then says all that matters is that she wants her title back right now. Thea then refuses to give her the title because it is her championship. Blake then says they know that the referee had no idea what he was doing and she wants her rematch. Thea then says she would not have gotten a rematch if this happened to her, but she will give her a match at New Year’s Evil. Blake then punches Thea and Thea punches back.
We then take a look at Eli Knight and Tavion Heights.
We then head to the back, where Sarah Schreiber asks Sol Ruca how would it feel if she ended 2025 as Women’s U.S. Champion. Sol says it would be great. Sol then talks about how she was a double champion and lost both titles. Sol then says she beat Bayley in front of 19,000 people. Sol then says she is glad to have a friend like ZARIA. ZARIA then says Sol deserves to be champion and she will be out there tonight for her.
The match starts off with Eli hitting a drop kick to send Tavion to the apron and he sends him to the floor with another one. Eli then hits an Asai Moonsault. Eli then hits a splash for a near fall. Tavion then gets Eli up, but Eli escapes. Eli then hits a heel kick. Eli then hits a slam and he jumps to the top turnbuckle and hits a moonsault for a near fall. Eli then escapes a suplex and hits a kick. Eli then hits an Asai DDT and Tavion avoids a moonsault. Tavion then hits a belly-to-belly suplex for the win.
