WWE NXT Gold Rush Week One Results (11/18/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens up with ZARIA, Sol Ruca, Blake Monroe, Fatal Influence and The Culling arriving at the arena. We then get a New York themed intro teaser to hype up the Gold Rush themed shows.

Vic Joseph and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T then welcomes us to the show as Joe Hendry and Thea Hail make their way down to the ring for the first match of the night and Ethan Page, Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre follow.

AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship Match: WWE NXT North American Champion “All Ego” Ethan Page and WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green (c) vs. Joe Hendry and Thea Hail

The match starts off with Thea and Green and Green hits a kick. She then blocks an arm drag. Thea then cinches in a waist lock and Green hits an elbow and a standing switch. Thea then hits a snap mare and a kick. Thea then waves Green’s arms and she pushes her away. Page then tags in. They then lock up and Page cinches in a side head lock and Joe hits a head scissors. Joe then cinches in a side head lock and Page hits a head scissors. Page then cinches in a wrist lock and he keeps Joe from escaping. Joe then hits a reversal and an arm wringer. Page then hits a knee to the midsection and Joe hits a shoulder tackle. Joe then cinches in a front face lock and he goes for a delayed vertical suplex and hits it for a near fall. Thea then locks in a kimura on Page and Green hits a forearm to the back of the head. Joe then hits some uppercuts and Page hits a punch. Green and Page then goes for bulldogs, but Joe and Thea escape. Thea then kicks Green into Page.

Joe and Thea then do the turn, while Green and Page go to the floor. Page then misses a punch and Joe hits some European uppercuts. Joe then hits a back elbow for a near fall. Joe then goes for a fallaway slam, but Page lands on his feet. Joe then. hits an elbow and Green tries to shake hands with Joe, but he wants to get away so Page punches Joe and he punches him some more on the mat. Page then hits a forearm and some punches. Green then chokes Joe in the ropes. Green then slaps Joe and Page chokes Joe. Page then hits an Irish whip and some punches. Page then hits a snap mare and he gets a near fall. Page then cinches in a reverse chin lock.

Joe then hits some elbows and a European uppercut. Green then distracts the referee so Alba Fyre can hit Joe and Page hits a face buster for a near fall. Page then cinches in a front face lock. Page then hits a guillotine and Joe counters into a suplex. Joe then hits some punches and clotheslines. Joe then hits a head scissors take down. Page then hits a cross body, but Joe rolls through and holds on. Joe then hits a fallaway slam and we get another turn. Green then goes after Joe and he moves. Green then goes to the floor. Thea then tags in and she hits a trust fall from the turnbuckles onto Alba and Page. Back in the ring, Green misses a splash and Thea hits a running hip and an exploder. Thea then hits a flying boot on Green for a near fall. Thea then hits a super kick on Page and she knocks Alba off the apron. Thea then escapes the UnprettiHER and Thea cinches in a kimura. Joe then sets up for a choke slam, but Page pushes Joe into Thea. Green then hits the UnprettiHER for the win.

We then head to the back, where Lola Vice says that she and Mr. Iguana would have been better opponents. Jordynne Grace then talks about what Kelani Jordan did. Kelani then shows up and she points out that she beat both of them. Lola then says if Kelani wants to say anything, say it to her face. Kelani then says she was kicked out of the locker room. Jordynne then says this is Kelani’s last week with the title. Kelani then says she will be champion for a long time.

We then get the CM Punk WrestleMania ad.

We then head to the back, where NXT General Manager Ava announces that 2025 has been an amazing year. Ava then says they are three weeks away from Deadline on December 6th. Ava then says the Iron Survivor Match returns for that show. Ava then says this year we will have one person pick all Iron Survivor Challengers. Ava then says they will announce who will get into the match. Ava then says that person is John Cena.

We then head to another area, where Sarah Schreiber is interviewing Tavion Heights. Sarah mentions his 2025. Tavion then says it has been a wild ride. Tavion then says he has moved on from Olympic wrestling to the WWE and he needs to lock in to the situation. Tavion then says he has no regrets being in the NQCC and he has learned so much from the group. He then talks about the Iron Survivor Match and how he would love to have John Cena pick him. Tavion then says that is all the approval that he needs. Josh Briggs then attacks Tavion and they fight in the aisle and down the ramp into the merchandise area. Referees then show up to break things up.

ZARIA then tells Sol Ruca she knows the answer and she asks if Sol wants to do that. Sol then says she needs to win her title back and it has to happen tonight.

WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion Blake Monroe then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Sol Ruca and ZARIA follow.

WWE NXT Women’s North American Championship Match: “The Glamour” Blake Monroe (c) vs. Sol Ruca

The match starts off with both women locking up and Sol cinches in a side head lock and hits a take down. Blake then goes for the injured leg and Sol hits a sunset flip for a near fall. Sol then cinches in a side head lock. Blake then grabs the leg and Sol hits an enzuigiri. Sol then hits a running drop kick into the ropes. Sol then goes to the apron and she goes for a springboard move, but misses and rolls through. Blake then hits sling blade and a spinning side slam for a near fall. Blake then cinches in a single leg crab. Sol then escapes and she hits a spinning face plant and a thrust kick for a near fall. Sol then cinches in a waist lock and Blake hits a standing switch.

Sol then hits a standing switch and Blake hits an elbow and she works on the injured leg with a heel hook. Sol then gets to her feet and hits a drop kick. Sol is then sent into the turnbuckles and Blake sends Sol’s leg into the ring post. She then tries to pull Sol into the ring post, but Sol pulls Blake into the ring post. Both women then hit clotheslines on the floor. Sol then chases Blake around the ring and Blake kicks Sol. Sol then kicks Blake away. Blake then sends Sol into the turnbuckles. Blake then rolls Sol’s eyes across the top rope. Sol then hits a waist lock take down and a surfboard. Sol then kicks Blake into the mat.

Sol then hits some Irish whips and elbows. Sol then hits a moonsault for a near fall. Blake then blocks a kick and drops down to work on the knee. Blake then wraps the leg in the ropes and drops a knee to the leg. Blake then hits some kicks to the hamstring followed by a kneeDT for a near fall. Blake then kicks Sol and puts the leg on the rope and she hits a seated splash to the leg. Blake then hits an elbow to the leg. Sol then cinches in a rear chin lock to escape and Blake gets a near fall. Sol then hits a kick and a forearm. Sol then hits more forearms. Sol then hits a kick and an elbow followed by a chop. Blake then hits some kicks to the leg. Blake then cinches in a reverse chin lock, but Sol hits a snap mare. Sol then hits a series of back elbows.

Sol then hits an Irish whip that sends Blake into the turnbuckles sternum first. Sol then hits a German suplex and a missile drop kick. Sol then gets back to her feet and she hits a running knee for a near fall. Sol then goes for a Sol Snatcher, but Blake pulls Sol to the mat. Sol then hits a thrust kick and both women are down. Blake then goes to the floor. Sol then goes for a Golden Triangle moonsault and she does not fully hit Blake. Sol then gets Blake up on her shoulders, but Blake gets to her feet and she clips Sol. Blake then cinches in a single leg crab and she takes off Sol’s knee brace.

Blake then releases the hold and removes the knee brace. Blake then hits some forearms to the back of the injured knee. Blake then tosses the knee brace up the ramp. Sol then gets a rollup for a near fall. Sol cannot go for a thrust kick and her knee gives out. Blake then cinches in a Calf Crusher and ZARIA gets a towel, but Sol tells her not to. ZARIA then throws in the towel and the referee calls for the bell.

The winner and still the WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion, “The Glamour” Blake Monroe!

After the match, Blake celebrates her win while Sol is clutching her injured knee.

We then head to the back, where Lainey Reid says she did what she had to do to Kendal Grey to get a title match. Jacy Jayne then says that is why she is in Fatal Influence. She then says this is going to be their time to be champions. Jacy then says they will all have titles.

We then take a look back at the return of Oba Femi.

We then see Ricky Saints walking in the backstage area.

Ricky Saints’ music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring, but Before Ricky can say anything the lights go green and Oba Femi makes his way down to the ring. Ricky welcomes Oba back. Ricky then says he knew sooner or later he knew Oba would show up. Ricky then says what was a surprise was when he beat Oba at No Mercy to win the title. Ricky then says it wasn’t a shock to him because he is Ricky Saints. Ricky then says even beyond all of that, you thought you were going to steamroll him and he would be another footnote in your title reign. Ricky then says he knew the title was grinding him down. Ricky then says your mistake was underestimating him. Ricky then says people like you don’t know how to deal with losing. Ricky then says while you were gone, he was here to defend NXT against TNA. Ricky then says he was whooping Trick’s ass. Ricky then says the train kept rolling around. Ricky then says he is glad you are back, but don’t get it twisted into thinking that you are going to take the title from him.

Oba then tells Ricky he is the exact same as he left him. Oba then says you haven’t changed at all. Oba then says the same bravado. Oba then says the same arrogance. Oba then says the same little mind. Oba then says he wants to face the same Ricky that he faced when he lost the title. Oba then says he didn’t want to get involved with NXT and TNA or you and Trick to find out who is best dressed. Oba then says all of that stuff and nonsense is beneath him. Oba then says he went back to the motherland that created him and he is here. Oba then says you have had your time in the sun and the sun is setting on the Absolute era. Oba then says he will destroy you. Oba then tells Ricky that his daddy is home.

Ricky then asks Oba if he wants a rematch at Deadline, he’s got it. We then get the title belt pose and Trick Williams makes his way out. Trick then tells Ricky Saints that he cannot hear that good. He then says for the last couple months, he said it ain’t over until he wins back his title. Myles Borne then hits Trick from behind with a chair. Myles then tells Trick that he heard he and Trick are done. He then says payback is a b***h. Myles then says you are looking at the next Iron Survivor Winner and he will see one of you at New Year’s Evil.

We then head to the back, where Ava tells Myles she is disappointed in him. Myles then says he stayed out of it last week and asks why is it okay for Trick to hit him with a chair. Ava then tells Myles he faces Trick next week. Ava then gets a phone call and Josh Briggs and Tavion Heights continue to fight in the back. Josh then hits Tavion with a chair and he choke slams him through a table.

Leon Slater and Je’Von Evans then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and DarkState follows.

WWE NXT Tag Team Championship Match: DarkState (Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin) (c) vs. “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans and TNA X-Division Champion “The Youngest In Charge” Leon Slater

The match starts off with Leon and Evans hitting a super kick and they send Dion and Osiris to the floor. Evans then hits a plancha and Slater gets a near fall on Dion. Dion then punches Leon in the corner after Osiris pulls Evans off the apron. Osiris then tags in and he hits an Oklahoma Stampede for a near fall. Dion then sends Evans to the floor. Osiris then sends Slater into the corner and Dion tags in. Dion then misses a shoulder and Osiris misses Leon. Evans then tags in and he kicks Dion and sends Osiris to the floor. Evans then hits a cutter on Dion from the apron and he leaps to the announce desk. Evans then hits a drop kick on Dion for a near fall.

Evans then hits an assisted slingshot head scissors on Dion and Leon drop kicks Osiris to the floor. Evans and Leon then hit stereo pescados onto everyone. Leon then hits a kick on Dion and Evans tags in. Evans then goes to the turnbuckles for a double sledge to the arm. Dion then hits a punch and he sends Evans into the turnbuckles. Osiris then tags in and he punches Evans. Osiris then hits an elbow to the back of the head. Evans then blocks a belly-to-back suplex with punches. Evans then avoids some punches and he chops and punches Osiris. Osiris then hits an Irish whip, but Evans slides into the corner.

Saquon then distracts Evans and Osiris hits a punch. Dion then tags in and he punches and kicks Evans. Dion then hits a knee drop to the back of the neck. Dion then hits a neck breaker and he gets a near fall. Dion then sends Evans back into the corner and Osiris tags in and he presses Evans for a hot shot. Dion then hits a clothesline. Osiris then gets a near fall. Osiris then pushes Evans to the mat. Evans then hits some forearms and Osiris hits a knee. Osiris then goes for a slam, but Evans escapes. Evans then avoids Osiris in the corner, but Osiris hits an elbow to the back for a near fall. Osiris then cinches in a reverse chin lock. Osiris then knocks Leon off the apron.

Dion then hits a DDT for a near fall. Evans then hits some punches on Dion. Dion then keeps Evans from making the tag, but Evans lands on his feet and he hits a series of thrust kick. Dion and Evans are down. Leon then makes the tag and so does Osiris. Leon then hits a corkscrew uppercut and a drop kick. Leon then hits some punches on Osiris. Leon then hits a back heel kick on Dion. Leon then hits a handspring back elbow on Osiris and he goes to the apron and he avoids Dion and kicks him. Leon then goes up top and he hits a cross body for a near fall.

Evans then tags in and he hits a rebound round kick. Leon then sends Dion to the floor. Leon then hits a twisting plancha over the ring post onto Osiris and Dion. Evans then hits a cutter on Osiris and he kicks Saquon from the apron and hits a frog splash for a near fall. Leon then hits a handspring kick on Saquon and Osiris hits a clothesline. Dion then hits a Doomsday Device for the win.

We then head to the back, where Wren Sinclair tells Kendal Grey she was going to help but it looked like she was okay. Kendal then says she is locked in and she will take care of Lainey next week. Kendal then asks about Charlie and TNA. Wren then says that Charles is ghosting her and they have to deal with Kendal defending the title.

Shiloh Hill then cuts a promo. Hill says he is the winner of Season 2 of LFG. Hill then says he wants to tell us about himself. Hill then says some think he is a big time jock because he played football, but some think he is a nerd because he went to Stanford. Hill then says he was never about school. Hill then says it was so boring. Hill then says he would play in the woods with his sisters. Hill then says he tested out of all of his classes his freshman year so he got to take online courses. Hill then says he loves hitting people. Hill then says he got kicked out of the first practice for suplexing the tight end. Hill then says he loves hearing the noise when you hit someone in the diaphragm.

It is then announced that next week Trick Williams faces Myles Borne, John Cena will announce the Iron Survivor participants, Kelani Jordan defends the TNA Knockouts World Title against Lei Ying Lee and Jordynne Grace, ZARIA faces Fallon Henley for the Women’s Speed Title, Kendal Grey defends the EVOLVE Women’s Title against Lainey Reid and Jackson Drake defends the EVOLVE Title against Sean Legacy.

We then head to the back, where Sol Ruca tells ZARIA that she was going to beat Blake Monroe. ZARIA then says Sol wasn’t going to get to the ropes or tap out. ZARIA then says she isn’t going to see Sol have her leg broken and be out for a year. ZARIA then says is she the bad guy for caring. Sol then says her drive is why she was champion. ZARIA then says let’s talk about it later and focus on next week. Sol then leaves the room.

The Culling then make their way. down to the ring for the main event of the night and Fatal Influence follow.

WWE NXT Women’s Championship Match: The Culling’s Tatum Paxley (c) vs. Fatal Influence’s Jacy Jayne

The match starts off with both women locking up and Tatum cinches in an arm bar, but Jacy gets to the ropes. Jacy then rolls through, but Tatum holds on. Jacy then hits a chop on the break and Tatum chops back. Jacy then hits a drop toe hold, but Jacy misses an elbow drop. Jacy then hits a take down and gets a rollup for a near fall. Tatum then gets a near fall. Tatum then blocks a kick and Jacy hits a head scissors take down. Jacy then misses an elbow in the corner, but Tatum hits a back heel kick and she sends Jacy to the apron and knocks her off the apron onto Fallon and Lainey. Tatum then hits a moonsault off the apron.

Fallon then grabs Tatum’s ankle when she tries to get back into the ring. Jacy then hits a cannonball off the apron. Jacy then hits a back senton for a near fall. Jacy then hits some kicks in the corner. Jacy then hits a suplex and she gets a near fall. Jacy then hits some knees to the back and she applies a body scissors. Tatum then hits some back elbows and Jacy adds a rear chin lock. Jacy then gets a rollup for a near fall. Tatum then leans back to get a near fall. Tatum then hits some forearms. Jacy then hits a face buster and a clothesline for a near fall. Jacy then runs into some boots from Tatum. Jacy then hits a kick to stop Tatum on the turnbuckles. Jacy then sets up for a Frankensteiner and she hits it. Tatum then hits a super kick.

Tatum then hits a kick and Jacy hits a punch. Jacy and Tatum then exchange forearms and kicks. Tatum then hits a series of running forearms. Tatum then hits a kick and a German suplex. Tatum is then sent to the apron and Jacy misses a shoulder. Tatum then hits an enzuigiri from the floor. Tatum then hits a somersault leg drop for a near fall. Jacy then holds on to the ropes and Jacy cinches in a waist lock. Tatum then hits a standing switch. Jacy then backs Tatum into the corner. Jacy then hits a back elbow and she misses a splash into the corner. Jacy then hits an elbow and she sends Tatum into the turnbuckles and hits a cannonball.

Jacy then goes to the turnbuckles, but Tatum hits an enzuigiri. Tatum then hits a swinging neck breaker off the turnbuckles followed by a power bomb for a near fall. Niko then gets on the apron and Izzi gives Tatum a chair, but Tatum gives it back to Izzi. Jacy then gets a rollup for a near fall. Tatum then hits a face buster, but Jacy hits a super kick. Tatum then kicks Fallon and Jacy hits a running kick from the apron. They then return to the ring and Jacy hits a rolling elbow, but Tatum kicks out at two. Jacy then tells Lainey to get the title belt and Izzi hits a forearm on Lainey. Izzi then gives Tatum the title belt and Fallon gets on the apron. Jacy then grabs the belt and the referee stops her. Tatum then gets an O’Connor Roll for a near fall. Spears and Niko then stop Tatum from getting back into the ring and Izzi hits a super kick. She then sends Tatum back into the ring for a rolling elbow and the win.

The winner and new WWE NXT Women’s Champion, Fatal Influence’s Jacy Jayne!

After the match, Izzi stands over Tatum as Shawn and Niko stand behind her having effectively kicked her out of The Culling. The trio then continue standing tall as the show comes to a close.
