WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match
(C) Neville Vs. Jack Gallagher
The bell rings and Neville take’s Gallagher’s back before shoving him away. Neville throws Gallagher into the corner and the Gentleman props himself up on the top rope, posing. Neville brings him down and Gallagher goes right back to the top rope pose.
Neville grabs Gallagher’s legs but gets thrown away, then dropkicked out of the ring. Gallagher fights Neville outside of the ring, only to be thrown hard into the barricade. Neville sends Jack back into the ring, takes to the top rope and hits a missile dropkick. Neville stands on Gallagher’s head until the ref counts to 4.
Neville stomps on Jack in the corner before hitting a suplex for a two count. Neville keeps Gallagher grounded with a rear chin lock. The fans will Jack back into the match and he unloads punches on Neville, then two dropkicks. Neville rolls from the ring and Gallagher runs and hits a rare plancha!
Back inside the ring, Gallagher sets Neville atop the ropes and lands a huge back superplex! Both men slowly get to their feet and Neville lifts Gallagher high and drops him onto the ropes. Neville then slams Gallagher to the mat via his head. Gallagher looks to steal the title with a roll-up. Gallagher runs at Neville, who catches him with an insane German suplex. Neville then lands a Phoenix Splash but Gallagher kicks out!

Neville gets frustrated and punches Jack hard, more than once. Neville runs off of the ropes and looks for a dropkick but Gallagher moves and both men headbutt each other. Neville hits a jump kick and Jack responds with another headbutt and he falls on top of Neville for a close fall!
Gallagher goes to the corner and looks for the running kick but Neville moves, then superkick’s Jack. Neville and Gallagher go to the top rope as the fans chant “This Is Awesome!”. Gallagher fights Neville off and sets him atop the turnbuckle by himself, then headbutt’s him and the noise echoes throughout the arena. Jack climbs up top and looks for a superplex but Neville lifts him up and tosses him off face-first. Neville soars through the air and pierces Gallagher with the Red Arrow for the win!
Winner: Neville
Charly Caruso interviews Paul Heyman backstage and she asks if Lesnar is here tonight. Heyman says Lesnar has the right to be here tonight but whether or not he comes is privileged information. Heyman says regardless, whoever wins the Universal Championship match tonight, Lesnar wins. If Goldberg wins, Lesnar gets to take the Universal Championship from him at WrestleMania. If Kevin Owens wins, a weakness in Goldberg is exposed and Lesnar can exploit that at WrestleMania. So, the only real winner tonight is Brock Lesnar.
