WWE had to cancel pans to tape Raw today. They are still recording Friday’s episode of SmackDown.
Several positive coronavirus tests results came in. They were re-writing Raw into the afternoon. Now the show has been cancelled.
John Pollock has confirmed that WWE’s taping of Raw at the Performance Center today is not going through as planned. The SmackDown taping is currently in progress. The plan is reportedly to tape next week’s Raw tomorrow.
Three different people have informed me that today’s Raw taping at the Performance Center has been canceled. One person added that it has been postponed until tomorrow (Saturday). Tonight’s SmackDown taping is currently in progress.
This is a very interesting situation. Ringside News exclusively reported that a rumored positive coronavirus test could have disrupted a major red brand storyline. It appears that there was enough of an issue that they decided to wait until tomorrow.
