WWE has pulled the plug on another NXT event, and this time it’s the Lowell show that’s off the board.
While a past cancellation in Tampa dates back to 2025, the current situation is happening in real time, with a scheduled June 9, 2026 event now officially scrapped.
WWE has officially canceled its June 9 NXT Live on The CW event that was scheduled to take place at Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Massachusetts. The cancellation was communicated directly to ticket holders via email, with WWE citing “unforeseen circumstances” as the reason behind the decision.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, WWE Presents NXT Live on the CW at Lowell Memorial Auditorium originally scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, has been cancelled.”
The message also made it clear that fans won’t need to take any extra steps to get their money back, with refunds automatically being processed.
“No additional action is required to obtain a refund for your ticket. It will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. Please allow 14–21 days for processing to complete.”
Adding to the confusion, fans attempting to access the event page on the venue’s website are now met with an error message, suggesting the listing has been fully removed.
“Sorry, we can’t find the page you’re looking for. While you’re here take a look at our upcoming events.”
This marks the second NXT Live on The CW cancellation in the past year, raising questions about what’s happening behind the scenes with WWE’s scheduling for the brand.
Bottom line—this isn’t tied to an old scheduling issue. WWE has actively canceled a planned June 2026 NXT broadcast, and so far, there’s no public explanation beyond “unforeseen circumstances.”
