WWE is heading to Hawaii this October, and the company is bringing more than just a pair of live events with it.

Ahead of WWE’s shows at the Blaisdell Arena on October 16 and 17, the company will hold a tryout for aspiring wrestlers looking to get in front of WWE recruiters, coaches and executives.

WWE announced the opportunity while putting out the call for anyone in Hawaii who believes they have what it takes to become the company’s next Superstar. The tryout will take place at the Blaisdell Arena prior to the live event, giving prospective talent a chance to show WWE officials exactly what they can do.

“Hawaii, we are looking for our next Superstar. Think you’ve got what it takes? The opportunity is yours.”

“Prior to the live event, WWE will host a tryout at Blaisdell Arena, providing prospective talent the opportunity to showcase their abilities in front of WWE recruiters, coaches, and executives.”

WWE also made it clear that more information is still coming, including additional details surrounding the tryout. The company has used tryouts around the world to scout athletes and independent wrestlers who could eventually land spots in WWE’s developmental system, and now Hawaii is getting its shot.

With WWE already set to run two live events in Honolulu, the October trip could end up being a huge weekend for someone trying to turn a wrestling dream into an actual WWE opportunity.
