WWE brought RAW on June 29 for fans, and they had a lot of fallout after Night of Champions. That included a big update about Nick Aldis and GUNTHER’s situation.
Nick Aldis and GUNTHER had a confrontation backstage after the Ring General’s Night of Champions match. He wasn’t happy about Sami Zayn walking away as Undisputed World Champion.
Things got physical between Nick Aldis and GUNTHER, and that wasn’t all. WWE played the clip again this week during RAW, and Michael Cole had an official update.
Michael Cole revealed that Nick Aldis has been sent home on administrative leave. As of this writing, Adam Pearce will be the General Manager over both RAW and SmackDown.
Only time will tell where things are going from here. Nick Aldis vs GUNTHER might be on the table. It could be anyone’s guess what WWE has in store for fans, but we probably won’t see Nick Aldis for a bit after that backstage confrontation with GUNTHER.
