WWE Monday Night RAW took place on July 13, 2026, at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. There were a lot of things that they needed to address during the show, and the company started a big tease for an upcoming return.

Big Cass had a run in AEW after he was released from WWE, and it wasn’t the greatest time in his life. He also had a lot to prove as Big Bill in Tony Khan’s company.

Big Cass was released by WWE on June 19, 2018, following several backstage issues. There were reports at the time that he had a bad attitude during a European tour and ignored creative instructions during a televised segment. Those incidents, along with concerns about his backstage attitude, led to his release from the company. Needless to say, he wasn’t in the best place, which has spoken out in depth since.

During his time in AEW, Big Cass was in Chris Jericho’s stable, and he had a lot of experience. Now he is coming back to WWE, and the company started with that this week.

During WWE RAW this week, they aired a very short promo for Big Cass. He spoke about how fans once called him “can’t miss,” and then he made it clear that he is on his way back. Before the promo ended, they flashed “8/3” on the screen, which is the Monday after SummerSlam.

Monday, August 3rd looks like the day when Big Cass will finally come home. Only time will tell if Enzo Amore is with him, but it was previously reported that the Realest Guys in the Room are returning together.

What’s your take on Big Cass making a return to WWE like this? Do you think he will have a better run this time around? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
