Fans watching the October 3, 2026 episode of AEW Collision only saw what made it to television, but AEW had already put on a couple of matches before the cameras officially started rolling at the Truist Arena in Highland Heights, Kentucky.
Garrett Borden picked up a win over Kiran Grey in one of the pre-show matches. Brady Booker was also in action despite still dealing with the effects of an injury suffered at Survivor, as he teamed with Bully Gunn to defeat The Premier Athletes. Booker competed with his thumb visibly taped up during the match.
Neither bout was part of the televised Collision broadcast, giving the live crowd in Kentucky a little extra action before the show officially went on the air.
AEW regularly gives fans inside the building matches and appearances that never make television, and this time the crowd got two extra bouts before Collision even started.
