Perry Saturn just shared a pretty surprising story about Virgil’s time in WCW, and it had nothing to do with what he was doing on television. According to Saturn, Virgil’s “real value” to the locker room was allegedly helping other wrestlers pass their drug tests.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Saturn was initially discussing Buff Bagwell and how he believes some of the lower-level nWo members should have been used. Saturn argued that wrestlers like Bagwell and Syxx could have done more of the bumping and selling for the group, allowing names like Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash to protect their presentation.

“Okay. Buff—if Buff can accept the role that I think that he should have had, then he would be great. Like, him and X and maybe one other guy should bump and feed so Hogan and Nash and them don’t have to. And then they can still get their heat, but that’s what they do, like the Flock did for Raven. They bumped and fed so he didn’t have to do that. You know, it’s all right to have a group of guys like that.”

That eventually brought Virgil into the conversation. Perry Saturn felt he could have filled a similar role, although he wasn’t exactly impressed with his ability to do it at all, admitting that Virgil was pretty bad.

“But, uh, like Virgil was a bumping-and-feeding guy too, except for he is really bad at bumping and feeding.”

The discussion then turned to what Virgil actually did during his WCW run as Vincent. Chase remembered him functioning more like a valet and occasionally interfering rather than regularly wrestling matches. That’s when Saturn dropped a completely different story about what he claims Virgil was doing backstage.

“Yeah. His real value was what most people don’t know. His real value, he was one of three people that would piss for everybody when we had to do our drug test so that we passed them.”

Saturn claimed Virgil wasn’t alone either. He named two other people who allegedly provided urine samples for wrestlers so they wouldn’t fail WCW’s drug testing.

“It’d be Virgil, the photographer Colin something, and Vandenberg. The three of them would have to piss for us, otherwise we’d flunk our drug test.”

Saturn didn’t identify which wrestlers allegedly used those samples or explain how frequently it happened. There’s also no independent evidence provided here to verify his story, so this remains Saturn’s allegation about what was happening backstage in WCW.

Virgil may have spent plenty of his WCW run standing alongside the nWo and occasionally getting involved when needed, but Saturn remembers him being considerably more useful once the cameras stopped rolling.
