The Rascalz may be All Elite—but fans are starting to question whether all of them truly are.
Following their backstage debut on the January 17, 2026 episode of AEW Collision, Rascalz members Zachary Wentz, Dezmond Xavier, and Myron Reed made their presence known in typical charismatic fashion. But noticeably absent was Trey Miguel, who wasn’t mentioned on commentary, didn’t appear on the broadcast, and now has fans wondering what’s really going on behind the scenes.
The concern grew after Miguel deleted AEW-related tweets, including one he posted shortly after Fightful Select broke the news of The Rascalz signing with AEW on January 14. In that now-deleted tweet, Miguel had posted the group’s graphic alongside a cryptic caption: “Coming soon.”
That post added to the excitement around The Rascalz’ AEW arrival—but its sudden deletion, paired with his complete absence from Collision, has definitely made a lot of people worried.
Fans took to Twitter to voice their confusion. One wrote directly to AEW and Tony Khan: @AEW @TonyKhan my goat what’s up with Trey Miguel?? if it’s yall that’s being weird pls figure it out.” Another viewer pointed out what many were thinking after the debut segment on AEW Collision aired:
“THE RASCALZ!!! Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz and Myron Reed!!! But hmm where is Trey Miguel? #AEWCollision”
The uncertainty comes just days after Fightful reported that all four members of the faction had quietly signed multi-year deals with AEW, following a split from TNA Wrestling. While Wentz and Miguel’s TNA contracts expired at the end of 2025, Reed and Xavier reportedly hadn’t been locked into long-term deals, making their AEW jump a smoother transition. One source at the time told Fightful that “AEW came with a better offer”, which sealed the deal.
Now, however, the situation around Miguel feels murky. Whether it’s a creative delay, a contract snag, or something else entirely, AEW hasn’t made any public comment—leaving fans to speculate on where things stand with one of The Rascalz’ key pieces.
