Moose has had enough of the keyboard warriors. The TNA star took to Twitter/X and unloaded on the platform, saying the constant arguing, disrespect and trash talk has turned the site into a miserable place to be.
Moose said most of what he sees online is people fighting with each other, complaining and talking trash — but there’s one part that really sticks out to him. Despite all the heat he’s taken online, he says nobody has ever brought that same energy when they actually see him face-to-face.
“Twitter is such a terrible place. All most people do on here is argue, disrespect each other complain, talk shit. Crazy with all the disrespect and shit talking I’ve received on here I’ve never met someone in person with that same energy. Why is that?”
That last question pretty much says everything. Moose has never been shy about speaking his mind, but this wasn’t him trying to start some wrestling storyline. He was calling out the difference between how comfortable people get behind a screen and how differently they act when they’re standing in front of the person they’ve been trashing.
The former TNA World Champion didn’t name anybody specific or point to one particular incident, either. His frustration was aimed at the overall environment on social media and the people who spend their time throwing shots they apparently aren’t willing to repeat in person.
Moose has dealt with plenty of criticism throughout his career, but his message was pretty simple — Twitter brings out a whole lot of tough talk, and he’s noticed that same attitude seems to disappear pretty fast in the real world.
