Tonight’s TNA Sacrifice, airing March 27, 2026, promises an action-packed night live from the Alario Center in Westwego, Louisiana. The show sees TNA World Champion “The Realest” Mike Santana defend his title against “Bulletproof” Steve Maclin. Plus, TNA X-Divsion Champion “The Youngest In Charge” Leon Slater will defend his title against “The World-Class Maniac” Eric Young in Young’s Feast or Fired X-Division Title Match.

The Countdown To TNA Sacrifice Pre-Show opens up with Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcoming us and they preview the main event of Steve Maclin challenging TNA World Champion Mike Santana.
We then get the entrances of the first match of the pre-show.
The match starts off with BDE hitting a dive through the ropes while holding his phone so his followers could watch on one of his social media channels. Nemeth then takes control and he hits a neckbreaker. Nemeth then wears BDE down with a chinlock. BDE then gets a near fall with a sunset flip, but Nemeth pops back up and nails him with a clothesline. Nemeth then hits a high angle DDT for a near fall. BDE then escapes a hangman’s neckbreaker and hits Nemeth with a springboard cutter. BDE then comes off the top with a frog splash, but Nemeth gets his knees up. Nemeth then rolls up BDE and hooks his tights for the win.

It is then announced that Trey Miguel and Mustafa Ali will face each other for the TNA International Title at Rebellion.
We then see the members of The System meet with the members of Order 4 to strike an accord. Agent 0 will take out Moose for The System and in return Eddie Edwards will give Mustafa Ali the first title shot once he wins the TNA World Title for the third time. Both factions still don’t trust each other.
We then get the entrances of the main event of the pre-show.
The match starts off with Threat dominating early. Blanchard then escapes a suplex attempt and nails Threat’s knee and goes to work on the leg. Blanchard then ties Threat’s legs up. Threat then escapes and Blanchard charges into a boot. Threat then comes back with a series of clotheslines and a pump kick. Threat then squashes Blanchard against the middle rope and hits her with a release German suplex.
Threat then evades Blanchard and goes to the middle ropes, but Blanchard hits a dropkick. Blanchard then pulls her out of the corner and hits her with a lung blower for a near fall. Threat then tries to fight back, but Blanchard goes back to the knee to slow her down. Threat then hits Blanchard with a delayed vertical suplex. Threat then yanks Blanchard up off the mat and dead-lifts her into a running powerbomb. Moore then puts Blanchard’s hand on the ropes to break up the count, which causes Grace and Hudson to get into it with Crawford on the floor. This then distracts the referee and in the chaos Moore enters the ring and hits Threat with her shoe. Blanchard then hits Threat with a hammerlock DDT for the win.

After the match, all six women brawl and Blanchard hog-ties Threat with some power cables and drags her around the ring.
We then get a recap of how Steve Maclin goes from fired to #1 contender to the TNA World Title. After a video package is shown to hype the World Title match, Nic Nemeth calls his shot for Rebellion. It will be Nic Nemeth vs. whoever is the World Champion at Rebellion.
Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt then runs down the card for tonight’s Sacrifice and hypes the event as the Countdown To TNA Sacrifice Pre-Show comes to a close.
