The January 29, 2026 episode of TNA iMPACT airs live from the Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Now on its third episode on AMC, the show continues to ride a wave of momentum with a loaded lineup and major storyline developments.
The System will kick off the broadcast just one week after their shocking betrayal of Moose and JDC. Bear Bronson and Cedric Alexander officially turned heel and reshaped the group, so fans will be watching closely to hear what they have to say.
Elayna Black will return to the ring for her first official match back since re-signing with TNA. In addition, the long-awaited Feast or Fired briefcase reveal is finally happening—three championship opportunities and one pink slip hang in the balance.
The rest of the night features hard-hitting matches, including a No Holds Barred fight between AJ Francis and Rich Swann, and a singles match between Nic Nemeth and B.D.E. Plus, Stacks faces off with The Home Town Man, and Elijah meets Jason Hotch one-on-one.
The show begins at 9:00 PM ET on AMC, Sportsnet, and TNA+. Ringside News will provide live match-by-match results and updates throughout the broadcast.

TNA iMPACT Results (1/29/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The new version of The System came out to cut a promo, soaking up boos from the crowd. They’ve ditched their old green look and are now all in black hoodies. Alisha Edwards was noticeably absent. Eddie Edwards took the mic and called Moose a “selfish prick,” saying he only cared about himself. He also said JDC was just using the group to coast into retirement.
Alisha Edwards then came out to confront them. She was upset that her husband didn’t tell her about the heel turn. She said she’s supposed to be his ride or die, but Eddie explained that emotions don’t belong in business. With her TNA contract coming up, Alisha said she might not want to be part of The System anymore. Eddie told her if she doesn’t trust The System, she’s out. She responded by walking away.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviewed BDE ahead of his match against Nic Nemeth. He said he’s ready to prove he’s not just an influencer—he belongs in TNA.
This match came together after last week’s segment, where BDE and a few other enhancement talents were caught playing video games backstage instead of watching the show and taking notes—something Nemeth apparently preached to them about. BDE came in looking to prove he belongs. Hannifan mentioned it’s only his 25th match, but he’s already got 1.5 million YouTube followers. Nemeth cut him off with a cheap shot, then took control. BDE got in an arm ringer, but Nemeth countered with a guillotine. BDE fought back and leveled Nemeth with a clothesline that sent him to the floor, then hit a dive to the outside.
Back in the ring, BDE went for a springboard cutter, but Nemeth dodged and both guys went down. Nemeth recovered first and sent BDE hard into the turnbuckle. He choked BDE in the corner and posed for the crowd. BDE tried to fight back, but Nemeth cut him off with a shot to the knee. A big elbow drop from Nemeth got a two-count.
Nemeth rolled to the outside to taunt some fans, but when he got back in, BDE surprised him with a small package for a near fall. Nemeth quickly shut it down with another elbow and locked in a sleeper hold with a body scissors.
BDE fought out of the sleeper with some elbows, but Nemeth took him down again and choked him on the ropes. Another big elbow drop got Nemeth another near fall. BDE tried to rally, but Nemeth cut him off with a forearm. BDE reversed an Irish whip, sending Nemeth chest-first into the turnbuckles, but Nemeth fired back with a clothesline. BDE responded with a kick to the gut, slapped Nemeth across the face, and hit a Busaiku knee.
BDE followed up with a frog splash from the top, but only got a two-count. The match dragged on from there. BDE went for another springboard cutter, but this time Nemeth caught him mid-air with the Danger Zone for the win.
Match Result: Nic Nemeth def. BDE via pinfall
After the match, Ryan Nemeth came out and called Nic the greatest wrestler who ever lived. He told Nic to hit the showers and said he’d join him in a minute. But first, he had some business with Mada Sadé.
Ryan claimed Sadé had been targeting him for weeks and insisted she should admit he’s the better athlete who beat her fair and square. Sadé didn’t agree, and Ryan chalked it up to her having feelings for the Hollywood Hunk.
Sadé pretended to go for a handshake, but instead went for a superkick. Ryan saw it coming, blocked it, and dropped her with a superkick of his own.
Backstage, The Elegance Brand was celebrating Ash by Elegance’s return to action. Ash reminded everyone that she never actually lost the Knockouts Title. That brought out Lei Ye Ling, backed by Xia Brookside and Indi Hartwell, to crash the party and challenge Ash to come take it back.
Ash made it clear the trios match will happen—but on her terms. Meanwhile, Mr. Elegance tried to impress Hartwell by showing off his abs. She wasn’t interested, called it “not my type of party,” and walked off with the champagne.
Hannifan hammered home the running joke that the Home Town Man is somehow from every hometown—and yes, he’s really Cody Deaner. This was a non-title match.
The first couple of minutes were spent brawling over one of HTM’s gimmick hats, which ended up on the head of a kid in the front row. Eventually, things got more serious as Stacks locked in a half-crab, but the crowd rallied behind HTM, who made it to the ropes.
Stacks tried to grab his title belt from Grace to use as a weapon, but she refused to help him cheat—especially after making peace with her father last week. HTM fired up and hit a crossbody for a near fall.
Stacks managed to get the belt again, but Grace took it away and turned her back to the match. That gave Stacks just enough time to rake HTM’s eyes and roll him up with his feet on the ropes for the cheap win.
Winner: Stacks pinned The Home Town Man using the ropes for leverage.
After the match, Stacks insisted Grace that he won fair and square. He swore up and down it was clean.
Backstage, Stacks confronted Grace, upset that she didn’t help him win. He reminded her they were supposed to take over TNA together. Before things could escalate, Santino Marella showed up—right as Grace sent Stacks packing. Looks like she didn’t need the replay after all.
Elijah hit a ropewalk move on Hotch, similar to Undertaker’s “Old School,” which prompted Hannifan to say, “Hotch walked with Elijah”—easily the most clever line of the night. The rest of Order 4 distracted Elijah, allowing Hotch to take him out with a somersault plancha to the floor.
Back in the ring, Hotch kept the distractions coming. While he had the ref tied up, Mustafa Ali raked Elijah’s eyes. Elijah fought back with a big back body drop, but then Tasha Steelz distracted the ref again so John Skyler could snap Elijah’s arm on the ropes. Hotch targeted the arm from there.
Elijah powered through and stomped Hotch in the corner, then hit a modified twist and shout for a near fall. Hotch tried for a rolling neckbreaker, but Elijah blocked it. Hotch followed up with a spinning Blue Thunder Bomb for two.
They traded big shots—Hotch landed a rolling forearm, Elijah fired back with a superkick, and as Hotch came flying in, Elijah caught him with a high knee. That set up the finish: a tombstone piledriver for the win.
Winner: Elijah pinned Jason Hotch after a tombstone piledriver.
After the match, Order 4 swarmed the ring and jumped Elijah. Agent Zero handed Mustafa Ali Elijah’s guitar, setting up a beatdown—but Elijah wasn’t done yet. He kicked Ali in the gut and blasted him with the guitar, nearly taking his head off. Elijah stood tall as Order 4 backed off.
Jada Stone was cutting a promo about how excited she is to be in TNA when Order 4 interrupted her. Jada made it clear she doesn’t appreciate being cut off, but Tasha Steelz shut her up with a forearm to the face. Officials stepped in to break it up and sent Order 4 away. Elijah then showed up, helped Jada to her feet, and asked, “Do you want to walk with Elijah?”
Daria Rae joined commentary to hype up Elayna Black, calling her a star who “puts butts in these seats.” The match itself was a quick squash. Jay got in a brief bit of offense, but Black shut it down with a stiff forearm. She followed up with a running knee in the corner, then finished Jay with a double underhook into a twisting neckbreaker.
Match Result: Elayna Black pinned Jay
The Hardys spoke about how exciting it is to be part of TNA on AMC, but their moment was cut short by The Righteous. Vincent and Dutch said they gained clarity at Genesis, and claimed the Hardys only won because The Righteous let them be themselves. Vincent told them, “This doesn’t have to be war.” Matt Hardy, clearly confused, replied, “What are we doing here, guys?” Glad someone said it.
Feast or Fired Results:
Gia Miller, who hosted the briefcase reveal, asked if Maclin had any final words. He said nothing—and just walked off.
Backstage, The System approached Mike Santana to deliver a simple message: you can’t beat the System.
At the commentary desk, Hannifan was nearly in tears over Steve Maclin getting fired.
Next Week on TNA iMPACT:
Francis brought out a chain, while Swann countered with a trash can full of weapons. Swann tried to pull a table from under the ring, but Francis stopped him and shoved it back under. Swann avoided a chokeslam onto the steel steps and managed to drag the table back out—but ran straight into a big boot from Francis.
On the entrance stage, Swann went for a Canadian Destroyer, but Francis blocked it. He tried to follow up with a Styles Clash, but Swann slipped out. Francis took control by drilling Swann with a Pedigree. Francis choked Swann with a kendo stick on the floor, but Swann fought back by cracking him with a baking sheet off the apron. He followed up by sending Francis crashing into the ring post.
Francis choked Swann with his chain, but Swann broke free and hit a bulldog into a steel chair. Swann went for a dive, but Francis caught him and planted him onto the chair with an Air Raid Crash for a near fall.
Swann tossed the top half of the steel steps into the ring. Francis tried to hit an F5 onto the stairs, but Swann reversed it into a DDT, then followed with a curb stomp onto the steel. He hit a handspring cutter and covered, but only got two.
Swann pulled a table and more chairs from under the ring, but Francis launched off the ring steps and speared him into the pile of chairs for a near fall. The crowd gave a weak “this is awesome” chant. Francis went for a chokeslam through the tables, but Swann reversed it into a hurricanrana, sending Francis crashing through them. You could say Swann turned the tables.
Back in the ring, Swann hit a Phoenix Splash, but it still wasn’t enough for the win. Swann grabbed his bat, but Francis clocked him with a chain-wrapped punch—only a two-count. Then came the aluminum trash can. Francis jammed it on Swann’s head and smashed it repeatedly with a chair, but somehow Swann still kicked out.
Francis tried to end it with a top-rope chokeslam into the chairs, but Swann countered with another hurricanrana that sent Francis crashing down. Swann followed up with a brutal series of chair shots and then hit a huge frog splash off the top into the pile of chairs to finally put Francis away.
Hannifan shouted, “Swann sends Francis back to economy!”
Winner: Rich Swann pinned AJ Franci
