Tonight’s TNA iMPACT, airing May 1, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the Bren Events Center in Irvine, California. The post-TNA Rebellion show sees TNA World Champion Joe Hendry and The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) take on TNA World Tag Team Champions The Nemeths (“The Wanted Man” Nic Nemeth and “The Hollywood Hunk” Ryan Nemeth) and Frankie Kazarian in a 6-Man Tag Team Match. Plus, The System’s TNA X-Division Champion Moose will defend his title against The Rascalz’s Zachary Wentz.

The show opens up with a video package recapping this past weekend’s TNA Rebellion PPV. Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt then welcomes us.
TNA World Champion Joe Hendry’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Hendry settles inside the ring and grabs a microphone. Hendry brings up what went down on WWE NXT earlier this week, then proceeds to call out Trick Williams. Williams then appears on the big screen and says, “Trick Willy is NOT in the billy!” Williams then tells Hendry someone very well may get hurt later in the evening. Hendry then says he thought Williams was better than that, noting he didn’t show up live. Hendry then tells the fans there will be live action tonight as he will join forces with The Hardys to take on Frankie Kazarian and new TNA World Tag Team Champions The Nemeth Brothers in the main event of the evening.
We then head to the back, where The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel) is being interviewed by Gia Miller. Wentz is fired up as he will be challenging Moose for the TNA X-Division Championship on tonight’s show. Wentz says he pinned the X-Division Champion Moose and he’s looking to do it again tonight. The Rascalz then say, “Smoke ’em if you got ’em!”
We then head to the back, where Sami Callihan is talking with TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella. Mance Warner and Steph De Lander then show up. Callihan asks if Santino set him up for a parent trap ambush. De Lander then brings up having to watch what Callihan did to Warner and says they weren’t able to work TNA Rebellion 2025 because of the brutality of the Barbed Wire Massacre match at TNA Unbreakable 2025. De Lander then says that’s messing with their money. After some more back-and-forth comments, Callihan and Warner agree that what they went through at TNA Unbreakable 2025 in the Barbed Wire Massacre made it so they have a respect for each other. They then make it quite clear they still don’t like each other, but they shake hands and agree they’re done for now.
Mike Santana then makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night and his opponent Isaiah Moore is already in the ring.
Santana hits his his Spin the Block finisher for the win.

After the match, Santana gets on the microphone. Santana makes the point that he respects Joe Hendry, but is now coming for him and his title. Santana then says after reaching the top of the mountain with a win over Mustafa Ali at TNA Rebellion 2025, he finds himself at the bottom of a new mountain. Santana then says it ends with him climbing it and capturing the TNA World Championship.
TNA International Champion Steve Maclin then makes his way down to the ring. Before he can even reach the ring, he is blindsided and attacked from behind. Travis Williams and Judas Icarus of The Northern Armory beat “Bulletproof” Maclin down. Eric Young then joins in and it becomes a brutal three-on-one beat down, which once again culminates with the trio hanging and choking Maclin by a massive steel chain over the ring ropes.
We then head to the back, where Steve Maclin is trying to get his hands on Young and The Northern Armory. TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella then confronts them and makes a rematch between the two for next week’s show.
Zachary Wentz then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Moose follows.
The match starts off with both men wasting no time in going after each other and locking up. Wentz then hits a flurry of offense, but Moose slows him down and sends him to the outside. Wentz then crashes and burns on the floor and Wentz is laid out. Moose starts to dominate and focuses on Wentz’ ribs. Wentz then fights back and hits a moonsault on Moose on the floor. Wentz then hits a twisting splash on Moose for a close two count. Moose then hits Wentz with a pop-up power bomb. Moose then goes for a pin, but Wentz kicks out at two.
Wentz then hits more offense on Moose, but Alisha Edwards interferes at ringside and that leads to Moose hitting his finisher on Wentz for the win.

We then head to the back, where Gia Miller is interviewing Mustafa Ali about what took place at Rebellion.
Cody Deaner’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Deaner then gets on the microphone and talks about how his TNA Wrestling contract expires after midnight tonight. Deaner then says if this is it for him it’s been a dream come true. Deaner then says all he wanted to do since he was a kid is become a professional wrestler. Deaner then says the three letters under his feet in the ring are the one company that gave him the opportunity to do so. Deaner then talks about being a family man and having multiple kids. As he continues talking, Santino Marella’s music hits and he makes his way out. Marella says he doesn’t have the power to renew Deaner’s contract, but he did get him a match against Eddie Edwards and if he wins, he’ll be able to stay.
Robert Stone’s music then hits and he makes his way out with Deputy Director of Authority Victoria Crawford (Alicia Fox). Stone talks trash about Deaner. Stone also announces Victoria vs. Masha Slamovich for the TNA Knockouts Championship at TNA Under Siege 2025. Before he leaves, Stone tells Santino he’s gonna be watching him very close. Stone then tells Marella good luck and leaves.
We then head to the back, where Santino Marella and Arianna Grace confront Robert Stone and Victoria Crawford. Tessa Blanchard then shows up and says it’s about time for someone who respects her to call the shots like Stone.
Chris Van Vliet is then introduced and shown on the broadcast.
Maggie Lee then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Jody Threat follows.
The match starts off with both women wasting no time in going after each other and locking. up. Both women then go back-and-forth. Lee then slows down Threat’s momentum with a back elbow and a thumb to the eye. Lee then hits a tower cutter off the ropes in the corner for a close two count. Threat then starts to fight back. Threat then rolls Lee up for a close two count. Threat then hits her finisher on Lee for the win.

We then head to the back, where we see Maggie Lee having a conversation with Ash and Heather By Elegance and the Personal Concierge about a makeover.
Gia Miller is then shown at the top of the stage and she introduces Indi Hartwell. Indi Hartwell then makes her way out to address the iMPACT Zone. Hartwell says she is proud to be here. Hartwell then says she is proud to be on this roster. Hartwell then says she is not just a TNA Knockout now, she’s the TNA Knockout now. Gia then asks Hartwell if she’s got her sights set on anyone particular. Hartwell then mentions having history with many of them. Hartwell then vows not to be just another member of the roster. Hartwell then promises to shake things up because she has officially crossed the line. Hannifan then plugs her first TNA t-shirt.
KC Navarro then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Leon Slater follows.
The match starts off with both men wasting no time in going after each other and locking up. Navarro and Slater then flies all over the ring and hits the ropes on all four sides. Navarro then flips over Slater’s back and dances to gloat. Slater then takes advantage of Navarro’s lapse in focus and gets the advantage. Slater then sends Navarro down to the floor. Slater then goes for a slingshot on Navarro, but lands on his feet and nails Navarro with a shot instead. Slater then hits a modified Drive-By on Navarro from the floor to the ring apron.
Slater then heads to the top rope. Francis then hops on the ring apron. The referee then immediately ejects him from ringside. Slater then hops off the ropes and taunts him, but turns around into a huge tornado DDT from Navarro for a close two count. Slater then lifts Navarro up for a suplex, but turns it into a twisting neckbreaker instead. Slater then follows up with the cover, but only gets a two count. Slater then backs in the corner and stalks Navarro on the floor. Slater then runs and leaps, flipping over the ring post from the ring to the floor and landing on his feet.
Navarro then thought he out-smarted Slater by side-stepping him, but didn’t realize Slater landed on his feet. As Navarro gloats, he turns around into a big shot from Slater. Slater then gets Navarro back in the ring and hits his swanton 450 finisher for the win.

We then head to the back, where TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich cuts a promo and says she has no problem defending her title against Victoria Crawford at Under Siege.
The Nemeths then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night and Frankie Kazarian follows. Joe Hendry then make his way down to the ring and The Hardys follow.
The match starts off with all six men wasting no time in going after each other and brawling with one another. Hendry and The Hardys then clear Kazarian and The Nemeths from the ring. They then all do the dramatic Joe Hendry soap opera-style turn to the camera and all three men lead the fans in a “DELETE! DELETE!” chant. Matt Hardy then works over Ryan Nemeth. Matt Hardy then hits his trademark middle rope leg drop for a two count.
Matt Hardy the ends up in a three-on-one beat down as we get quick tags and referee distractions that allow The Nemeth Brothers and Frankie Kazarian to manhandle and isolate him. They then spit at Hendry and he comes in, which leads to another beatdown while the referee is distracted. Jeff Hardy is then tagged in and he takes it to all three members of the opposition with a flurry of offense.
All six men end then up in the ring, with Hendry hitting fall away slams on all three members of the opposing team. Hendry then hits a Standing Ovation on Nemeth, but out of nowhere WWE NXT star Trick Williams pulls Hendry out of the ring and attacks him. Nemeth then hits the Danger Zone on Jeff Hardy for the win.
The winners of the 6-Man Tag Team Match, TNA World Tag Team Champions The Nemeths (“The Wanted Man” Nic Nemeth and “The Hollywood Hunk” Ryan Nemeth) and “The King of TNA” Frankie Kazarian!
After the match, Kazarian and The Nemeths celebrate and leave. Trick Williams is alone with Hendry in the ring and he nails him with his Trick Shot finisher. Williams then stands tall and the show comes to a close.
