Tonight’s TNA iMPACT, airing February 20, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida. The show sees TNA World Champion Joe Hendry live in an Encore Championship Concert. Plus, Tessa Blanchard will be in singles action for the first time in 4 years.

TNA iMPACT Results (2/20/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens up with a video package recapping last week’s show. We then get a special live version of the “Cross the line” intro and we see a shot of Full Sail University as Tom Hannifan welcomes us to the show alongside Matthew Rehwoldt.

TNA World Champion Joe Hendry is already seating in the ring with a guitar in hand and says it is time for a concert. Hendry then says he will face anyone from any company for his championship. Hendry then says he wrote a song about it. Hendry then says like to hear it here it goes. Hendry then mentions Sheamus not believing his eyes and his favorite moment being beating up by The Miz. Hendry also sings about it being hard to be humble when he was in the Royal Rumble. Hendry also mentions Roman Reigns throwing him out and makes a reference about John Cena and his willingness to defend his title against him.

While wrapping up his first song of the encore concert, he is cut off by The Colons. Eddie “Primo” Colon and Orlando “Epico” Colon make their way down to the ring. One of them tells the fans to Google them, but then he assumed that everyone knew them. A “where’s Carlito?” chant then breaks out. The Colons then teases going after Hendry, but the lights go out.

Elijah then strums his guitar and walks onto the stage to “holy s**t” chants. Elijah sings about seeing two men who were looking for a fight. Elijah then says that’s why he decided to join TNA tonight. Elijah then sings about if you want to believe in Joe Hendry or walk with me you’re in luck. He then asks the crowd who wants to walk with Elijah. Fans then chanting “Oh walk with Elijah” to the White Stripes melody and Elijah starts playing the riff. Fans then start a “This is Awesome!” chant. Elijah then mentions having a Colon-clog going on and says it could use a Colon-cleanse. Elijah then asks Hendry if he has his guitar ready.

As Elijah enters the ring, he is cut off by the theme music of TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella. Marella mentions not one, but two big surprises to start off the night. Marella says allow him to make surprise number three. Marella says tonight in the main event it will be Joe Hendry and Elijah vs. The Colons. Elijah then says there’s no reason they can’t have a little concert right now. Elijah plays his guitar and then he and Hendry sings about raising some hell.

We then head to the back, where Gia Miller is interviewing Leon Slater about beating JDC and earning the respect of the TNA fans.

Commentary then checks in and hypes the show’s lineup and says The Rascalz vs. Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe match is up next.

We then head to the back, where Gia Miller is interviewing The Colons. One of them speaks about how they are history and legacy and now it’s TNA Wrestling.

We then get the entrances of the first match of the night, which is a Tag Team Match.

Tag Team Match: The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz) vs. NXT’s Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe

The match starts off with The Rascalz hitting a double dive on their opponents. Tyriek and Tyson then takes over and gets an early dominant offensive lead. Wentz then starts to rally for The Rascalz, shifting the offensive momentum into his team’s favor. Wentz hits a running shooting star on Igwe for a close two count. Miguel then tags in and picks up where Wentz left off. Wes Lee then slides in for a distraction, which brings Austin to keep things even.

The Rascalz then hit a double super kick, but Tyson and Tyriek tag and hit a double-team power spot on Miguel. Wentz then knocks Dupont out to the floor and hits a turning splash over the ropes. Wentz then comes off the top-rope with a Meteora. Wentz then follows it up with a Swanton Bomb off the top. Miguel then makes the cover for the win.

After the match, Wes Lee grabs a mic and challenges Miguel, Wentz and Austin to face him, Igwe and Dupont in a 6-Man Tag Team Match at TNA Sacrifice.

Hannifan then hypes up Lei Ying Lee vs. Rosemary coming up next.

First Class’ music then hits and they make their way out for the season premiere of the First Class Penthouse. AJ Francis then reintroduces himself as the host of the show. Francis then introduces “The Blessed One” KC Navarro and behind them are a bunch of goons and ladies. Gabby from the GabbyAF podcast, The Mafiosa Valentina and The Miami 305 Street Racing Dream Girl Carolina are also with them. Francis then introduces 21-time platinum producer Reazy Renegade. We then get a video to explain who he is. They then introduce some Orlando rapper with millions of streams. We then see a TikTok video to show who he is. Francis then says these guys are losers and they don’t know anything but wrestling. Francis then introduces Noelle Foley.

Francis then asks everyone to pull their phones out and go live in case TNA cuts the feed for what he is about to say next. Francis talks about the lack of opportunities for the TNA World Tag Team Titles. Francis then says TNA management tried to pacify him by giving him his own Piper’s Pit. Francis then says frankly it worked and he is loving this. Francis then says he liked Roddy Piper so much and he hated Hulk Hogan before it was cool. Francis then says just like Piper didn’t get credit for Hulkamania, he doesn’t get credit for creating Hendry-mania. Francis then talks about going to Reality of Wrestling to help Booker T with his Zilla Fatu and drawing millions of views. Francis then says he doesn’t understand why he gets no respect. Francis then introduces his special guest on the first episode. Francis then calls him a legend of TNA and some say he is phenomenal. Francis then says he has a lot of style and it is the one and only, A-J…Francis!” and the crowd boos. Francis then fumbles his line while trying to make a comparison to AJ leaving TNA to make money in WWE, while he left WWE to make money and save TNA. First Class then says their catchphrase to end the segment.

Tom Hannifan then accuses Francis of stealing Byron Saxton’s wardrobe. He then set up a video for the TNA Unbreakable event on Thursday, April 17. Hannifan says they will be celebrating the 20-year anniversary of the most important match in TNA history – Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels for the X Division Title. They also hype the TNA Sacrifice event for Friday, March 14 on TNA+.

We then get the entrances of the next match of the night, which is a Singles Match.

Singles Match: Lei Ying Lee vs. Rosemary

The match starts off with both women going back and forth. Rosemary then takes over after hitting a big inverted DDT on Lee. Lee then fights back and hits an airplane spin on Rosemary for a two count. Rosemary then tries to fight back, looking for her finisher. Lee then stops it and counters with her own Thunderstruck finisher for the win.

After the match, Rosemary is down at ringside and is being checked on by the referee when Lee exited the ring. Rosemary then shoots up and sprays mist in Lee’s face. A group of referees then leads Lee to the back.

We then head to the back, where we see Sami Callihan telling a cameraman to turn the camera on. Callihan then welcomes the fans to a special edition of Death Machine TV and mentions being on the hunt for Mance Warner. Callihan then catches up with Warner backstage and they begin brawling. Callihan then grabs the camera and hits Warner with it before the feed cuts out.

We then see a trainer tending to Lei Ying Lee’s eye following a mist from Rosemary earlier in the night, when Tessa Blanchard suddenly shows up. Blanchard says she needs the trainer to ignore Lee and help her instead. The trainer then makes it clear he is tending to Lee, but Blanchard isn’t having it. Blanchard insists he ignore Lee and tend to her instead. Blanchard then tells the trainer what happens next is on him.

The Northern Armory (Eric Young, Judas Icarus and Travis Williams) then make their entrance and stood on the stage. Young delivers a promo and boasts that he got rid of Josh Alexander. Young then calls it a celebration of his unmitigated power. Young then says Alexander started the Northern Armory, but he was too weak to hold on to it so he took it from him. Young then says Icarus and Williams were boys under Alexander’s leadership. Young then says they will be men and champions under his leadership. The live crowd then gives Young the “What?” treatment as he speaks about being the gatekeeper. Young then calls out Steve Maclin to take his position beside him, saying they can run the company forever, but Maclin doesn’t come out. Young then says Maclin warned him about Alexander and knew he had to go. Young then says he may have gotten rid of Alexander for Maclin or for himself. Young then says the business isn’t black and white and about right or wrong, it’s about red – blood red.

Commentary then hypes the upcoming match and says the No DQ Match is up next.

We then see video footage of a meeting that took place earlier in the day. Mike Santana was in a room with a group of other men for an AA style meeting. Mustafa Ali then enters the room with Tasha Steelz, Jason Hotch and John Skyler. Ali then takes a seat next to Santana and speaks to the group of recovering from addiction. Ali then suggests they don’t put themselves in stressful situations or add pressure to their lives. The others then applaud him while Santana sits stone-faced. Ali then says things can change, but people like Santana don’t.

Hannifan and Rehwoldt then set up and show video footage of Moose’s debut on WWE NXT earlier this week. They then plug his match against Lexis King on an upcoming episode of NXT on CW From Cincinnati, Ohio. Hannifan also hypes Tuesday’s NXT show, which will include The Hardys facing two members of the No Quarter Catch Crew.

We then get the entrances of the next match of the night, which is a No Disqualification Match.

No Disqualification Match: The System’s JDC vs. Leon Slater

The match starts off with Slater getting an early offensive lead after nailing JDC twice with a foreign object. Slater then pulls out a table and sets it up. Slater then heads back into the ring and hits his trademark running leap over the ring post splash to the floor. JDC then hits Slater with a big kick on the floor. JDC then unfolds a steel chair and hits an inverted suplex on Slater and sends him stomach-first on the top part of the chair. JDC then picks Slater up and rolls him into the ring for a two count.

Both men then fight back and forth with kendo stick shots. Slater then places JDC on the table on the floor. Slater then climbs to the top rope and hits a 450 Swanton on JDC through the table. Slater then sends JDC back into the ring for the cover, but Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers pull Slater out and double chokeslam him through another table on the floor. They then roll him back into the ring and JDC covers Slater for the win.

After the match, Moose joins The System in the ring and it looks like a beatdown is about to begin until The Hardys’ music hits and Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy make their way down to the ring. NXT Champion Oba Femi’s music then hits and Femi joins The Hardys and Slater in the ring as The System backs off.

We then head to the back, where The System are complaining to Santino Marella about what just happened. Marella then announces Moose, Edwards and Myers against Femi and The Hardys for next week’s show and The System is pissed.

Tessa Blanchard then makes her way out with a microphone in hand. Blanchard talks about her interaction with the doctor earlier and says she has is not cleared to wrestle. Blanchard then says the fans all follow her on social media so everyone should sit down and shut up. As Blanchard continues to talk, she is cut off by TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella. Marella tells Blanchard he didn’t think she could be a bigger weasel, but then she proved him wrong. Marella then says if Blanchard doesn’t wrestle next week for any reason, she is fired. Blanchard then gets in Marella’s face.

TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich then makes her way down to the ring with a microphone in her hand. Slamovich tells Blanchard that she hopes to see her wrestle next week and that she won’t be fired before she gets her chance to beat and brutalizer her. Slamovich then asks Marella to take the match that Blanchard was supposed to have. Marella then agrees to let Slamovich take the match, so Slamovich makes her way down to the ring where her opponent is already waiting.

Singles Match: TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich vs. Mila Moore

The match starts off with Moore hitting Slamovich with a big kick. Slamovich then hits her finisher on Moore for the win.

After the match, Slamovich stares Blanchard down on the entrance ramp. Cora Jade then attacks Slamovich from behind. Blanchard is then shown laughing while watching Jade leaving Slamovich lying. Jade then exits the ring and walks up the ramp and looks Blanchard up and down. Blanchard then heads to the back and Jade motions for the belt while Slamovich is shown back on her feet in the ring.

We then head to the back, where Santino Marella and Arianna Grace announce Cora Jade vs. Masha Slamovich for the TNA Knockouts World Championship at TNA Sacrifice. Grace then says the show will be held on Santino’s birthday. Grace then says they will make history with a TNA and NXT showdown. The Concierge, Ash By Elegance and Heather By Elegance then show up and complain about the way their Knockouts World Tag Team Title Match went. Knockouts Tag Team Champions Spitfire (Jody Threat and Dani Luna) then show up and say they will give them a rematch. Marella then announces that the teams will meet. Marella then says if Spitfire wins, then Team Elegance must be their personal concierges. The champions then say they will be Team Elegance’s concierges if they lost.

Hannifan and Rehwoldt are about to announce the matches for next week’s show, but they are cut off by Ryan Nemeth. Ryan Nemeth talks about how his big brother Nic Nemeth will be returning to the company in 22 days at TNA Sacrifice.

We then get the entrances of the main event of the night, which is a Tag Team Match.

Tag Team Match: TNA World Champion Joe Hendry and Elijah vs. The Colons (Eddie “Primo” Colon and Orlando “Epico” Colon)

The match starts off with Joe Hendry and Eddie Colon. Elijah tags in and hits Eddie with a clothesline. Elijah then holds Eddie’s arm and does an Old School rope walk before jumping off and hitting him. Elijah then tags Hendry back in and Hendry picks up where Elijah left off. Hendry is controlling the action until The Colons stop him dead in his tracks and take over. Eddie then tags backs in and controls Hendry on the mat as fans try and rally behind him.

Hendry then fights back and tags Elijah into the match. Elijah then works over Orlando. Elijah then hits Orlando with a spinebuster and covers him for a two count. Orlando then comes back briefly and then goes for a move from the middle rope, but Elijah hits him with a knee strike. Elijah then goes for a pin, but Eddie breaks it up. Hendry then takes out Eddie. Elijah then hits Orlando with a tombstone piledriver for the win.

After the match, Elijah has his guitar while the referee raises his arm along with Hendry’s arm. They then go to opposite corners and play to the crowd as the show comes to a close.
