Below is our live, ongoing coverage of TKO’s second-quarter 2026 earnings call. Keep refreshing this page for updates.

Seth Zaslow welcomed everyone to the call. Ari Emanuel delivered prepared remarks and said live events continue to take up a major share of consumer spending.

Marc Shapiro reviewed the company’s earnings numbers. TKO added 25 new marketing partners during the quarter, with many signing multi-year deals. He also praised the 18,000 fans who attended WWE Night of Champions.

Shapiro confirmed that all planned events in the Middle East remain scheduled through the end of the year. He then addressed recent talk about WWE viewership. Shapiro pointed to WWE expanding into more markets through Netflix.

WrestleMania Night One was the most-watched event on ESPN2 this year. SmackDown also ranked first among adults ages 18 to 49 during nine of the past 14 weeks.

Andrew Schleimer then broke down the financial numbers for the quarter. After reviewing information from the earnings release, the call moved into the question-and-answer session. We will cover any WWE-related comments below.

TKO executives were asked about maintaining and growing audience engagement in the United States and internationally. They said engagement remains just as important as expanding WWE’s reach. The company’s main growth drivers include global partnerships, financial incentive packages, live ticket sales and media rights deals.

TKO remains confident about WWE’s international growth through Netflix as more markets become available.

The company was asked about WWE live events and whether this year’s WrestleMania changed its strategy. Executives said results were affected by the difference between WrestleMania 42 and WrestleMania 41. WWE also held more international events this quarter than it did during the same period last year. They said that was a deliberate move to grow WWE’s global fan base. Returning to Las Vegas was also intentional, and TKO received a strong financial package to bring WrestleMania back. TKO views these shows as more than live events. The company believes they create major moments that increase fan engagement.

There was very little WWE discussion, making the call largely uneventful for wrestling fans.
