Rey Fenix just found his next challenger, and Nathan Frazer pretty much talked himself right into a title match.

WWE uploaded a new video on Twitter showing Fenix being confronted by Axiom and Frazer ahead of next week’s SmackDown at The O2 Arena in London. Axiom reminded everyone that he had already lost to Fenix, but Frazer clearly did not think that meant the issue was over.

Frazer stepped up and made it clear he believes he can do what Axiom could not: beat Rey Fenix. Fenix accepted the challenge, and now Frazer is getting a shot at the AAA Cruiserweight Championship on the June 26 edition of SmackDown. WWE confirmed the match with the caption:

“Looks like @WWEFrazer got himself a match against @ReyFenixMx at the @TheO2 NEXT WEEK! 🔥”

That gives next week’s SmackDown another major match before Night of Champions. WWE had already announced Giulia vs. Kiana James after their alliance fell apart, along with Paige vs. Jacy Jayne after Jayne challenged the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion. Now Rey Fenix vs. Nathan Frazer joins the card, and it could easily steal the show if WWE lets them fly.

SmackDown will take place next Tuesday from The O2 Arena in London. The show is being taped and will air Friday on USA Network in the United States and on Netflix internationally. Fenix has already gotten past Axiom, but Frazer seems convinced he is the one who can take the AAA Cruiserweight Title. Now he gets the chance to prove it in London.

WWE SmackDown June 26, 2026 Full Card

  • Kiana James vs. Giulia
  • Paige vs. Jacy Jayne
  • AAA Cruiserweight Title: Rey Fenix (c) vs. Nathan Frazer
