Block 3:

A listener calls into the show and asks Taz how Asuka can be cleanly transitioned to the main roster, given her illustrious winning streak in NXT right now. Taz says that Asuka’s in the middle of a massive push in NXT right now, and they’re going to have to get very creative to keep her storylines fresh and unique moving forward.

In terms of a transition to the main roster, Taz points out that if WWE wants to keep her undefeated streak alive, they can have her relinquish the NXT Title and claim that there’s not enough competition for her there, or something of that nature.

Taz believes that Baron Corbin should have won his match against John Cena in order to get some redemption after Cena cost him his Money in the Bank cash-in attempt last Tuesday. He points out that WWE appears to be trying to send Corbin a message right now for some reason.

Taz thinks that Finn Balor and his ‘Demon’ had the ‘pop’ of the night. The Demon’s lengthy absence made fans want to see it more, and that wait paid off with a great reaction last night. He also thought Balor and Wyatt had a great match, and he’s interested to see where both talents head moving forward.
