Tatum Paxley may have officially arrived on Friday NightSmackDown, but she hasn’t forgotten where the journey started.
Less than 24 hours after making her main roster debut alongside Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, Paxley took to Instagram to say goodbye to the chapter that made her, sharing an emotional look back at everything she accomplished in NXT. The carousel wasn’t just a collection of random photos. It walked fans through nearly every major stop of her WWE journey.
Paxley included images from her NXT Women’s Championship victory, her reign as NXT Women’s North American Champion, memorable rivalries alongside and against names like Lyra Valkyria, Ivy Nile, Natalya, Maxxine Dupri, Nikita Lyons and Jordynne Grace, as well as behind-the-scenes moments with Shawn Michaels. She even included a selfie from the day she first arrived in WWE, bringing everything full circle. The post ended with a simple message: “WE ARE.”
For longtime NXT fans, the meaning was obvious—a nod to the brand’s familiar “We Are NXT” slogan that helped define Paxley’s rise through WWE’s developmental system.
Friday night marked the beginning of a new chapter for Paxley, but her post made it clear she isn’t leaving NXT behind. Before standing tall on SmackDown, she took one last look back at the brand that turned her from a WWE recruit into a champion—and made sure to thank it in her own way.
