Swerve Strickland, Kofi Kingston and Austin Creed are the new AEW Trios Champions after pulling off one of the biggest surprises at All In. Kofi and Creed didn’t just make their shocking AEW debuts as The New Level—they won gold alongside Swerve on their very first night with the company.
The Trios Royale Roulette started with Bang Bang Gang and The Dogs beating the hell out of each other before The Demand joined the match. Colten Gunn became one of the first casualties when Clark Connors speared him off the apron, leaving Bang Bang Gang down a member.
The Conglomeration were next and immediately went after The Demand. Roderick Strong also found himself face-to-face with his wife Marina Shafir, who chopped him before trying to kick him. Strong responded by hitting Marina with a backbreaker.
Once the Death Riders entered, things got even messier. Kyle O’Reilly and Strong were both eliminated, leaving Orange Cassidy as the final member of The Conglomeration.
AEW Trios Champions Hangman Page, Bandido and Brody King then joined the match and immediately started cleaning house. That momentum disappeared when The Dogs and Death Riders grouped up on Brody and managed to eliminate him.
Then it was finally time for the Wild Card team. Swerve Strickland walked out alone and did his entire entrance with no partners in sight. Then came the surprise nobody inside Wembley saw coming.
Kofi Kingston and Austin Creed made their AEW debuts as The New Level, joining Swerve as the mystery Wild Card trio. Kofi and Creed immediately showed that their years of tag-team chemistry hadn’t gone anywhere. They ran through the competition with a quick combination of moves before Creed caught Toa Liona with a tornado DDT, and The New Level eventually helped eliminate Liona and Bishop Kaun.
The eliminations started coming quickly from there. Cassidy eliminated Wheeler Yuta before Ricochet threw Cassidy out, officially eliminating The Conglomeration. Swerve and Hangman then came face-to-face, but Ricochet interrupted their staredown. The longtime rivals briefly worked together to deal with him before going right back to arguing with each other.
Bandido was eventually eliminated, while Jay White threw out Clark Connors and David Finlay before Gabe Kidd eliminated White. Then came the moment that guaranteed the titles were changing hands when Ricochet eliminated Hangman.
With all three defending champions gone, AEW was officially getting new Trios Champions. Swerve eliminated Ricochet shortly afterward, leaving himself and The New Level against the remaining Death Riders and Gabe Kidd.
Kofi nearly got eliminated when PAC went after him, but his feet never touched the floor. Prince Nana then hilariously wheelbarrowed Kofi onto the steps and helped him get safely back into the match. Swerve eventually eliminated Kidd, and once the remaining Death Riders were dumped out, it was over.
Swerve Strickland, Kofi Kingston and Austin Creed had won the Trios Royale Roulette and become the new AEW Trios Champions. Kofi and Creed could have simply walked into Wembley, revealed themselves and already had one of the biggest moments of All In. Instead, their first night in AEW ended with championship gold around their waists alongside Swerve, immediately turning The New Level into a major part of the company.
