Following the Bound for Glory pay-per-view, TNA Wrestling headed to Dothan, Alabama, for two nights of television tapings on October 13 and October 14, 2026, as the company started putting the pieces together for Destination X.
The October 13 tapings featured a major shakeup when Kiera Hogan turned on Allie following a promo segment. Hogan then reunited Fire ‘N Flava with Tasha Steelz, and the two wasted little time attacking Allie together.
However, Allie wasn’t left on her own for long. Shotzi Blackheart suddenly hit the scene to make the save, marking her first TNA appearance in seven years and immediately putting her into the middle of the situation involving Fire ‘N Flava.
Shotzi showing up in TNA isn’t completely out of nowhere either. Before her WWE run, she competed for Impact Wrestling in 2018 and 2019, so the Dothan appearance was actually a return to familiar territory rather than her first time working for the company.
The timing also makes Shotzi’s appearance particularly interesting as TNA moves forward from Bound for Glory and toward Destination X. With her immediately getting involved in an existing storyline, her return certainly wasn’t treated like a simple walk-on cameo.
