Sol Ruca and Tyler Bate have been one of WWE’s most well-known couples for years, but something definitely looks different now. Ruca has seemingly wiped Bate from her social media, Bate doesn’t appear to have photos with her anymore either, and now she’s exchanging some pretty flirty messages with Ricky Smokes.
Ruca and Bate started dating in September 2023 after meeting through WWE’s NXT division. They weren’t exactly shy about their relationship either, with fans getting plenty of glimpses of the couple together over the years.
Fast-forward to October 23, and Ruca’s social media looks very different. She uploaded photos featuring Smokes as the two hung out together, while the photos she previously had with Bate appear to be gone.
Bate’s account seems to tell a similar story, with photos of Ruca no longer appearing there either. Neither of them has announced a breakup, but when a longtime wrestling couple suddenly scrubs each other from social media, people are obviously going to notice.
Then there’s Smokes. On one of Ruca’s recent posts from Hawaii, he dropped a comment that wasn’t exactly subtle: “Mahalo baby.” Ruca’s response didn’t do much to cool down the speculation, as she said, “;) hi bb”
Calling someone “baby” and getting a flirty “hi bb” back is going to get people talking. Throw in Ruca posting Smokes while her photos with Bate have disappeared, and it’s pretty easy to see why fans might wonder whether something has changed in her personal life.
That said, nobody involved has actually confirmed anything yet. Ruca and Bate haven’t publicly announced that they’ve broken up, and Ruca hasn’t said she’s dating Smokes, so it would be jumping the gun to officially declare either one.
Still, there’s clearly enough happening on social media to raise some eyebrows. After nearly three years of Ruca and Bate being together, the disappearing photos and her cozy exchange with Smokes certainly make this one worth keeping an eye on.
