The January 20 episode of WWE RAW went down in the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. They had a lot of things to bring to Netflix, including a real grudge match.

Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre was a featured contest on this week’s show in Texas. Both Superstars have met in the ring before, and if anything, things are even hotter between the two at this point.

This was a WrestleMania 40 rematch that they booked for the main event of this week’s show. They also hyped Rollins vs McIntyre throughout the whole broadcast, including a nice highlight video package before it went down.

This match got started with a flurry of moves from Seth Rollins, until Drew McIntyre caught him off a dive and threw him over the announce table. These two fought through the commercial break, and things were even more heated when the interruption was over.

Seth Rollins took control of the match, as he drove Drew McIntyre into the ring post, and he wrapped his arm around it. Rollins nailed a knee for a two count, as Drew wasn’t about to let the match end so soon.

The two continued, and that included a few more near falls from both competitors. Drew turned a Stomp attempt from Rollins into a spinbuster for another two count. Rollins nailed a Falcon Arrow for a two count, and they both laid on the mat for a bit to regroup themselves after that.

The finish of the math came after Seth Rollins kicked out of a Futureshock DDT after McIntyre nailed a cheap shot on Rollins when the referee wasn’t looking. Then, McIntyre took Rollins down with a couple short-armed clotheslines. Suddenly, Seth Rollins got the win after a quick roll-up pin.

After the match, Drew McIntyre attacked Seth Rollins in the middle of the ring. He nailed Rollins with a Claymore Kick, and he wasn’t happy at all. Then, the Scottish Warrior dragged Rollins over to the ring post, and he placed his head against the post. Before McIntyre could pull the trigger, Sami Zayn ran down for the save. Then McIntyre nailed a Glasgow Kiss on Zayn and beat him down for good measure.

Sami Zayn ran in the ring to help Rollins, but he accidentally nailed a Helluva Kick on the Visionary that was meant for Drew McIntyre. This was quite a mistake, and WWE RAW ended with Rollins selling Sami’s accidental kick.
