The Rock isn’t saying when fans will see him at WrestleMania again, but he certainly sounds like he expects it to happen. With questions already surrounding whether his Hollywood schedule will allow him to be part of WrestleMania 43, Dwayne Johnson has now made it clear that another WrestleMania appearance is still in his future.

While speaking on The Morning Shift, one of the hosts told Rock that seeing one of his WrestleMania entrances in person remained a dream. He asked Johnson to give him a heads-up whenever he plans to make that walk again.

“My next dream though, and maybe you can’t tell us now, but I’ve always wanted to go to WrestleMania when you walk down the ring. So, I don’t know when you’re doing that, Nick, kind sir, but if I could get a text before that happens, I will be in.”

Rock didn’t reveal a date or say anything specifically about WrestleMania 43. He did, however, respond as though another WrestleMania appearance is a matter of when rather than if, promising to bring the hosts along whenever he goes back.

“I’ll make the promise to you now. Whenever I do go back to WrestleMania, man, I got to have you guys out. You’ll be my special guest for sure, 100%. 100%.”

That wording is particularly interesting with Rock’s WrestleMania future already facing some major scheduling questions. He is currently listed among the stars of Fast Forever, and Vin Diesel recently revealed that filming is expected to begin in December.

“We start shooting in December, if I can make good on the request from the studio.”

A December production start could potentially keep Rock busy well into the 2027 WrestleMania season. Getting him back in the ring would also require time for training and a WWE television build, making a WrestleMania 43 match far from guaranteed.

Rock didn’t solve that mystery here. He never said WrestleMania 43, didn’t promise a match and didn’t reveal when his return will happen. What he did make clear is that he expects to walk into WrestleMania again someday—and when that happens, he already has a couple of special guests in mind.

When do you think The Rock will make his next WrestleMania appearance? Let us know in the comments.
