Robert Stone Calls Tessa Blanchard a “Professional” Amid Ongoing Backlash

Tessa Blanchard faced tons of backlash after indie wrestler La Rosa Negra accused her of using a racial slur and spitting on her, claims that Blanchard denied. Even now, there are lots of people who can’t stand her but she’s currently working with Robert Stone in TNA. In light of their partnership, Stone has now revealed what it’s like working with Blanchard.

While speaking to Ten Count Media, Robert Stone was asked about working with Tessa Blanchard on TNA television, especially after all the controversy surrounding her and the mixed opinions about her.

Robert Stone responded by saying that Tessa Blanchard is a real professional, talented in the ring, and that he has enjoyed working with her just like he has with anyone else.

“She’s professional. She’s great. She’s super talented in the ring and I, you know, I’ve enjoyed it just like I have anybody else. Yeah.”

Robert Stone was given the power to monitor the decisions Santino Marella makes as Director of Authority last month. Since then, he has been working with Tessa Blanchard and Victoria Crawford and it’s clear their partnership is working well.

Tessa Blanchard is still a very controversial figure in today’s wrestling world, but some people in the business are starting to back her. It’s unclear if she can completely fix her damaged reputation, but with Robert Stone supporting her and a stage like TNA, she is definitely starting a path toward making things right.
