Ric Flair isn’t slowing down—and he’s not sugarcoating reality either. The 76-year-old wrestling legend took to Instagram on September 9, 2025, and delivered a raw message about life, death, and still crushing bodyweight squats with a drink in hand.
Wearing a flashy gold suit, layered chains, and holding a can of Diet Coke, Flair shared a photo along with an emotional caption that mixed bravado with painful honesty.
“All my friends are gone, and going faster by the day. Even though I drink each day, I can still do 500 free squats! Every day is a gift. Thank you for keeping me around dear Lord! I don’t deserve it.”
The post showed a reflective side of Flair, who’s been very public about his health scares, drinking habits, and survivor’s guilt. Yet even while acknowledging the loss of close friends and the toll of age, he couldn’t resist reminding the world that he’s still getting it done at a level few could match.
This isn’t the first time Flair has used social media to remind everyone exactly who he is. Back in June 2025, he fired off a now-infamous tweet that doubled as a mic drop for his critics.
“I Try To Be Nice To Everybody. God Only Knows That I’ve Spent More Money On Spilt Liquor In One Year Than People Have In A Lifetime. I Tried Being Nice, And This Is My Last Message To Everyone. I’ve Got More Money Than I’ve Got Time. Go F Yourself Haters. No Comment Needed. Live With It! Actually Learn To Love It! Get Back To Me Again When You Make 3 Million Dollars A Year At The Age Of 76. That’s What FAMOUS Gets. And By The Way, I Don’t Recognize Anyone In This Conversation Who Is Famous.”
Even at 76, Ric Flair refuses to tone it down. Whether he’s reflecting on lost friends or clapping back at haters, the Nature Boy remains as defiant and unfiltered as ever—living every day like it’s his last, with a drink in hand and something to prove.
