Rey Fenix isn’t wasting any time putting his newly won AAA World Cruiserweight Championship on the line.
AAA announced that Fenix will defend the title against Noisy Boy on the August 15 edition of AAA on FOX, giving the new champion an immediate test after capturing the belt during week one of AAA Noche de Los Grandes.
Fenix’s title defense is one of several notable pieces of the card. WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta is also advertised to appear, while El Grande Americano and Dominik Mysterio are set for the show as well.
The updated lineup for AAA on FOX on August 15 is:
- WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta to appear
- El Grande Americano and Dominik Mysterio to appear
- AAA World Cruiserweight Championship: Rey Fenix vs. Noisy Boy
Fenix now gets the chance to start building his title reign immediately, and with several familiar WWE names also advertised, AAA is stacking the show with plenty of recognizable faces.
