As seen on RAW last week, Braun Strowman destroyed Enzo Amore after Enzo cut an in-ring promo on his WWE No Mercy opponent Neville.
Dave Meltzer mentioned on Wrestling Observer Radio that the reason WWE had Braun attack Enzo was to try to generate heel heat for Strowman due to the fact that Enzo remains one of the company’s most popular wrestlers. The attack had the opposite reaction as the fans pretty much decided that Strowman is more popular by attacking Enzo.
