Quavo is bringing some hometown fire to WWE Sunday Night’s Main Event. The Atlanta rapper will open the show with a live performance of an unreleased track from his upcoming album, QROMELIFE.
WWE announced the performance after the news was first revealed by Complex. Quavo’s new album does not have a release date yet, but WWE says it will arrive on all streaming platforms soon.
This won’t be Quavo’s first WWE appearance. The lifelong wrestling fan appeared at WWE Day 1 when Migos’ “Straightenin” served as the event’s theme song. He also sat ringside with Lil Yachty at WWE Bad Blood and joined Jey Uso for a “Yeet” celebration on Raw in January 2025.
Quavo won’t be the only rapper involved in the show. Lil Yachty is set to step into the ring against United States Champion Baron Corbin. If Yachty survives five minutes, Corbin must give Trick Williams a United States Championship rematch later that same night.
Sunday Night’s Main Event takes place Sunday, September 6, 2026, at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The show begins at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT and streams live on Peacock in the United States and YouTube internationally.
The current confirmed card includes:
- Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton
- Oba Femi vs. Bron Breakker
- United States Champion Baron Corbin vs. Lil Yachty — If Yachty lasts five minutes, Trick Williams receives a United States Championship rematch against Corbin later that night
- Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley vs. Jade Cargill, Michin and B-Fab
WWE is loading the first Sunday Night’s Main Event with major matches, celebrity involvement and a hometown performance from Quavo. With an unreleased song opening the broadcast and Lil Yachty wrestling later in the night, hip-hop will have a major presence throughout the Atlanta show.
