Pro Wrestling World Reacts To Tommy ‘Tiny’ Lister’s Passing

The world lost Tommy “Tiny” Lister today. He was 62-years-old, and his caused of death is unknown at this time. He will be missed, and the pro wrestling world reacted after his passing.

WWE release a nice tribute article for Lister. They included a photo from No Holds Barred. Lister had a very short run in WWE and headlined a SummerSlam during that time.

AEW also sent out a tribute for Lister. He never appeared in AEW, but his passing was felt by so many throughout the pro wrestling world.

Shelton Benjamin tweeted out saying: “We lost Deebo, What a Gut shot. R.I.P. Tommy Tiny Lister.” Tiny played the iconic character Deebo in the movie Friday.

This is a very sad and sudden passing. Lister will be remembered forever through the characters that he played. RIP.
