Perry Saturn is back home after a frightening health scare that landed him in and out of the hospital for much of the past week.

The update came during a video on Saturn’s YouTube channel, where Maven stepped in to host because Saturn wasn’t well enough to appear himself. According to Maven, everything started when Saturn began feeling sick and asked to push back a scheduled recording. By the following day, things had gotten bad enough that he needed to go to the hospital.

“The reason you’re here, the reason Perry’s not here, is about a week ago now, he was starting—he wasn’t feeling good… Tuesday came around, and he ended up going into the hospital.”

Maven said Saturn spent much of the past week in and out of the hospital while dealing with what he described as a “whole slew of respiratory issues.” No specific diagnosis was shared, but it was serious enough to keep the former WWE and ECW star away from the channel.

“He’s been having some—we’ll call it respiratory issues, and it’s a whole slew of respiratory issues. He ended up in and out of the hospital pretty much all of last week.”

The situation became even more worrying when Saturn suddenly stopped responding to calls. Maven revealed that he and Sonny Onoo repeatedly tried reaching him for several days without any luck, leaving those closest to him genuinely concerned.

“Just got out now last night, and I’ll be fully transparent here. We could not even get in touch with him for a couple of days. I was talking to Sonny Onoo, who’s very close with Perry, and we were all very concerned, calling, you know, constantly.”

Thankfully, the story has a much happier ending than it looked like it might. Saturn was discharged from the hospital the night before the video was recorded, and while he’s expected to be out for at least several more days, Maven said he’s heading in the right direction.

“Luckily, he surfaced last night, had just been discharged. Seems to be on the right track now, but he’s probably going to be another at least few days, if not another week or maybe even over a week until he’s back.”

It’s encouraging news after what sounds like a frightening stretch for Saturn and the people closest to him. He’s still got some recovering to do before returning to YouTube, but at least he’s home, improving, and back in touch with those who were worried about him.
