Paige didn’t appear too happy after her planned WWE SmackDown segment never made it to television on August 14.

An earlier rundown had her listed for a promo, but the segment was cut from the final show — and she appeared to address it almost immediately afterward. Paige first hit Twitter with a simple reaction:

“lol”

Nikki and Brie Bella then jumped into the replies, asking what Paige had said. That’s when Paige stopped being subtle and fired back with a message about women losing television time.

“You’d think you’d want women to have segments instead of being cut. You’ve always been full of shit. It’s alright, I’ll just see ya in person next week bb ❤️”

That line about segments being cut came right after SmackDown ended and after Paige’s planned promo never made it to broadcast. She never flat-out said WWE cut her specific segment, but the timing and wording certainly point in that direction.

Paige is currently involved in a storyline with Nikki Bella after Nikki recently turned on her, so the promo was likely meant to keep that program moving. Instead, the story spilled onto social media, where Paige made it clear she had something to say about women losing television time.

Whatever WWE originally had planned for Paige on SmackDown didn’t make the final cut, but she found another way to get people talking before the night was over.
