After reports spread online about a “Liv Morgan stalker” being arrested outside the WWE Performance Center during the June 3 episode of NXT, things may not be what they seemed.
Ringside News can now confirm that according to Orange County arrest records, no one was officially charged with stalking that night. While three individuals were arrested near the Performance Center, all charges filed were for trespassing—nothing more.
This contradicts what had initially circulated online. One fan who was present claimed the incident was much more serious, tweeting:
“A legit Stalker was arrested outside of the PC tonight. Multiple bags of evidence taken in by police officers… I wish I was making this up y’all… Y’ALL NEED HELP SERIOUSLY SMH”
But the reality is murkier. No stalking charges appear in the official records, raising questions about what actually happened—and whether the incident was linked to Liv Morgan at all.
It’s possible that one of the individuals arrested was a repeat offender targeting WWE, as multiple people were booked for trespassing that same night. Authorities may have filed trespassing charges initially and could tack on stalking-related charges later depending on what they uncover in the investigation. For now, though, stalking is not part of the legal record.
For fans wondering if this incident involved Armando Alejandro Montalvo—who has a long and troubled history with WWE, including being shot by police outside the Performance Center in 2015—Ringside News can also confirm it was not him.
The situation has still raised concerns about talent safety and how WWE handles security outside its facilities. But without concrete charges, the speculation around the “Liv Morgan stalker” story may have outpaced the facts.
