Nick Hogan faced a DUI charge last year following a traffic stop where authorities suspected he was driving under the influence. This incident occurred after Nick Hogan had judged and DJed a bikini contest at his father’s restaurant, Hogan’s Beach Shop. Now, it appears that his court hearing has been postponed.
Nick Hogan, who has entered a plea of not guilty, remains in a precarious legal situation. The incident leading to his arrest took place in Clearwater, FL, on November 18th around 4 AM. Hogan was returning home from a bikini contest at his father’s restaurant, Hogan’s Beach Shop, when he was stopped by authorities. He refused to undergo a breathalyzer test upon being taken into custody.
According to the arrest report, Hogan’s 2021 Dodge Ram approached a traffic stop in the median lane. Despite being signaled to pull over, he did not change lanes and continued driving at 51 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone. Officers pursued him and eventually managed to pull him over. Hogan exhibited several signs of impairment, including a strong odor of alcohol, unsteady balance, glassy and bloodshot eyes, and poor performance on field sobriety tests.
According to a report by PWInsider, the scheduled hearing for Nicholas Bollea has been postponed. Bollea was set to change his plea regarding his November 2023 arrest for misdemeanor DUI before the Pinellas County Court this morning. The hearing has been rescheduled to June 13 at 8:30 AM.
Known as the son of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, Nick Hogan gained public recognition through his appearances on the VH-1 reality series “Hogan Knows Best” and his occasional appearances on WWE programming.
