WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan’s family keeps gaining attention, but this time it isn’t the best news. That being said, Nick Hogan is not pleading guilty to his recent DUI arrest.

Nick Hogan faced formal charges for misdemeanor DUI on December 18th. During the arraignment, he entered a plea of not guilty, and a pre-trial hearing is scheduled for January 17th, 2024.

The incident leading to Nick Hogan’s arrest occurred in Clearwater, FL, on the morning of November 18th around 4 AM. He was returning home from a bikini contest held at his father’s restaurant. Bollea refused to undergo a breathalyzer test when taken into custody.

According to the arrest report, Nick Hogan’s 2021 Dodge Ram approached a traffic stop in the median lane. Despite signals to pull over, he did not change lanes and maintained a speed of 51 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone. Officers pursued and eventually pulled him over. Bollea exhibited signs of impairment, including a strong odor of alcohol, swaying balance, glassy and bloodshot eyes, and poor performance on field sobriety tests.

While serving as the Bikini Content event’s MC and DJ, Nick Hogan’s father, WWE legend Hulk Hogan, joined in as a judge for the contest. Despite having a good time, Nick Hogan made a regrettable decision to drive afterward.

Hulk Hogan, during the event, announced complimentary shots at the restaurant, although it remains unclear whether Nick indulged in the free alcohol offered by Hogan’s Hangout. Unfortunately, this led to a poor choice of driving under the influence.

Known as the son of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, Nick Hogan appeared on the reality series “Hogan Knows Best” on VH-1 and made occasional appearances on WWE programming.

We will keep an eye on this story for more updates here at Ringside News. Hopefully, Nick Hogan doesn’t end up in this situation again.
