WWE has already confirmed several matches for next week’s episode of SmackDown, and the June 19 show has some big stakes attached.

This week’s SmackDown set up a loaded lineup, including Cody Rhodes defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against Gunther. Gunther revealed that he wants Sami Zayn to serve as the special guest referee for the title match, which adds another twist to the rematch.

That is not the only major match on the show. R-Truth and Damian Priest will also challenge MFT for the WWE Tag Team Championship.

The Queen of the Ring tournament will continue as well, with Charlotte Flair facing Liv Morgan in a semifinal match. The winner will move one step closer to the finals.

WWE also confirmed that Carmelo Hayes and Ricky Saints will face off after their brawl on SmackDown. The winner of that match will move on to challenge Trick Williams for the United States Championship at Night of Champions.

The current lineup for WWE SmackDown on June 19 includes:

  • Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther with Sami Zayn as the special guest referee
  • WWE Tag Team Championship: R-Truth and Damian Priest vs. MFT
  • Queen of the Ring Semifinals: Charlotte Flair vs. Liv Morgan
  • Carmelo Hayes vs. Ricky Saints, with the winner facing Trick Williams at Night of Champions for the United States Championship

WWE is giving next week’s SmackDown a stacked card with title matches, tournament stakes, and a major United States Championship qualifier. With Night of Champions getting closer, this episode could set up a lot for the next big event.
