Mandy Rose hasn’t wrestled since leaving WWE nearly four years ago, but she isn’t slamming the door on a return. In fact, she’s willing to hear what just about anybody has to offer.

During an appearance on TMZ’s Inside the Ring, Rose was directly asked what she would do if AEW came knocking with an opportunity. Whether that meant getting back in the ring, working as a manager or doing something completely different, Rose said she would absolutely take the call. She also made it clear that WWE and TNA would get the same treatment.

“For sure. I would take any call, whether it was AEW, WWE, uh, TNA, it doesn’t matter where it’s from. I would always take the call. Um, what would be different would be the conversation I have with whichever company it would be because it would be about the Mandy Rose today and it wouldn’t be about the Mandy Rose 5 years ago.”

Rose explained that she’s in a very different position now than she was during her WWE run. She has found major success outside wrestling, built her own business and now has much more control over what she wants the next stage of her career to look like.

“And I think that’s what’s so important because I’ve grown um I’ve been very successful these past year few years especially being out of WWE. And I think I’m in a different headsp space and I’m in a different mindset of you know what I want to do and how I want to portray the rest of my career and also what I want to do to my body.”

That last part appears to be especially important. Rose knows firsthand what a wrestling schedule does to the body, and she isn’t pretending she’d automatically jump right back into full-time competition. A managerial role sounds very much on the table, but she also admitted there could come a day when the itch to wrestle returns. Rose then explained why she refuses to rule out another match.

“You know we all know that you know you can you get beat up in and work and and like a man a managerial position or anything like that. I I would totally not be opposed to either. Um as well because um and I wouldn’t be opposed to maybe getting back in the ring one day, you know? I always just say never say never because I feel like you never know how you’re going to feel a certain time frame, you know?”

“Like maybe there is a day that I’m like, you know what, I really feel like getting back in the ring. Like why not, right? I’m still young. I still take care of myself really well. And um that’s why I always say never say never.”

There’s no deal on the table and Rose didn’t claim she’s actively trying to return. What she did make clear is that AEW, WWE or TNA wouldn’t be getting sent straight to voicemail. The Mandy Rose who answers that call today just has a very different list of demands and priorities than the one wrestling fans remember.
