Komander is finally cleared to work in the United States again, ending the visa problem that kept him away from AEW and Ring of Honor events.

The luchador had been unable to enter the country for several weeks, forcing AEW and ROH to find work for him in Mexico while the situation was being handled. Dave Meltzer confirmed on July 10 that the problem had been settled and Komander was available moving forward.

“Komander’s visa situation is settled, and he’s back at the AEW show tonight at the Minnesota Twins game. He’s now available going forward. He killed it in Mexico a few weeks back.”

Komander is scheduled to appear at AEW’s Brawl in the Ballpark event at Target Field in Minneapolis. The 75-minute wrestling show will take place after the Minnesota Twins’ game against the Los Angeles Angels and is included with admission to the baseball game.

The visa issue first became public around ROH Supercard of Honor, when Komander and The Beast Mortos were unable to work the show. Meltzer later explained that both wrestlers were dealing with problems that prevented them from entering the United States.

AEW and CMLL responded by booking both wrestlers in Mexico. Komander was placed in a singles match against Soberano Jr., while Mortos continued working alongside ROH World Tag Team Champion Sammy Guevara.

Komander’s situation is now handled, but there has been no confirmation that Mortos has also been cleared to return to the United States. For Komander, the wait is over, and he can immediately resume working AEW and ROH shows in the country.

What do you think AEW should do with Komander now that his visa issue has been cleared? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
