The massive fire burning near Wembley Stadium has disrupted plans for several wrestlers ahead of AEW All In.
There is still no word on whether it will cause any logistical problems for Sunday’s pay-per-view. Fightful Select confirmed that multiple wrestlers were forced to change their plans because of the fire.
“The fires in London affected a number of wrestlers’ plans for the day. We’ve not heard if it will directly impact logistics for AEW All In Weekend.”
The fire broke out at an industrial estate on Hannah Close in Neasden, less than a mile from Wembley Stadium. Around 125 firefighters and 20 fire engines were sent to the scene after the London Fire Brigade received more than 70 calls.
Heavy smoke from the blaze also disrupted Metropolitan and Jubilee line services. That could create travel problems with thousands of wrestling fans preparing to head to Wembley Stadium for AEW All In on Sunday, August 30.
The fire itself is not at Wembley Stadium, and there is currently no indication that AEW All In has been cancelled, postponed or moved. The only confirmed impact so far is that the blaze disrupted plans for several wrestlers already in London.
AEW All In is still scheduled to move forward, but the situation remains worth watching as the company prepares for Sunday’s event. Whether the fire will affect transportation or any other All In logistics remains unknown.
