Lars Sullivan made his position clear when he declared that it’s “ok to be islamophobic,” and apparently one post wasn’t enough. Just one day later, the former WWE star doubled down by sharing another anti-Islam post claiming Muslim immigration eventually leads to Sharia law, militancy and violence against non-Muslims.

Sullivan returned to Twitter and once again wrote that it’s “ok to be islamophobic” before uploading a graphic titled “3-PHASES OF MUSLIM IMMIGRATION.” The graphic claimed the first phase begins when Muslims are “few in number,” accusing them of playing the victim, claiming Islamophobia and being more tolerant of others. It labeled that stage “Oppressed Islam” and claimed the United States is currently there.

From there, the post claimed a “large minority” leads to “Indignant Islam,” where Muslims supposedly become threatening, demand Sharia law and grow intolerant of non-Muslims. Europe was presented as being in that stage. Then came the third and most extreme part.

The graphic claimed that once Muslims become a “clear majority,” they turn militant, impose strict Sharia law and: “Kill / Subdue All infidels” Egypt, Turkey and Iran were listed as supposed examples before the post ended with an even broader assertion.

“For 1400 Years This Pattern Hasn’t Changed. Moderates Are Irrelevant.”

Sullivan offered no evidence for those claims about Muslims, but there wasn’t much mystery about why he was sharing them. This came only a day after he inserted himself into the controversy surrounding Dustin Rhodes and openly endorsed Islamophobia.

“It’s ok to be islamophobic. There are something like 57 muslim countries. Go there if you love it so much. If you’re in America, assimilate. Cry about it”

The original controversy didn’t even involve Sullivan. Rhodes had faced backlash after responding with heart and horns emojis to a post containing anti-Islam messaging, then apologized and insisted he hadn’t actually read the caption before reacting.

Sullivan has now taken what started as somebody else’s controversy and turned it into one entirely of his own. Dustin Rhodes apologized and tried to put the original situation behind him, but Sullivan keeps charging in the opposite direction—and judging by his latest posts, he has absolutely no interest in letting this one die quietly.
