Kofi picked up a milestone victory on the October 3, 2026 episode of AEW Collision as The New Level member defeated ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty in his first singles match for AEW.

The two opened with a technical exchange, trading arm holds before Moriarty locked Kofi into a straight jacket submission. Kofi escaped to the ropes, and things quickly got more physical once the match spilled toward the floor.

Moriarty managed to catch Kofi with a bridge-style suplex and kept the pressure on, but Kofi stayed in the fight. After some back-and-forth action, the AEW World Trios Champion hit his finisher and scored the pinfall victory.

The win marked Kofi’s first singles victory in AEW, giving him another big moment after already finding success as part of The New Level. Kofi has already made his presence felt in AEW’s trios division, but now he has a singles win on the board as well. That could open the door for AEW to start giving him more one-on-one opportunities moving forward.
