Kevin Nash has absolutely zero tolerance for people threatening his life and he has now revealed he once called the FBI over a man who sent him death threats.

While speaking on the Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash responded after Chelsea Green received death threats for her comments about Hulk Hogan. He said he was sorry it happened but told her she needed to move forward and not let people like that control her life. He advised her to use the block feature on social media and not give them power.

“Chelsea, I’m sorry that it happened, but you have to move forward. You can’t let them run your life. There’s a block button on everyone’s account—just block them.”

Kevin Nash explained that people who make real threats don’t usually leave a trail with their email attached for the FBI to find. He revealed his own experience, saying someone once threatened to kill him online. He didn’t take it lightly and had a short back-and-forth with the person. When the guy mentioned using a 9 mm, Nash challenged him to name a town where they could meet.

After the man named a location, Kevin Nash said he was sitting in the Delta Lounge, got off the phone, looked up the FBI office in that town and contacted them. An agent asked him to screenshot the messages and send them over. The FBI then gave the guy a courtesy call as a warning.

“I promise you, nobody who’s actually going to kill you is going to leave a tweet out there with their email attached for the FBI to track. I remember some guy once told me he was going to kill me. I turned it over to the FBI. At first, I thought I wouldn’t mess with the guy, but we had a little back-and-forth thread.

I said, ‘Is there some place we can meet up and throw down?’ He goes, ‘Buddy, I’ll be throwing down 9mm.’ And I’m like, ‘Just name the town, b****.’

He named the town. I said great. I was in the Delta Lounge, got off the phone, Googled the FBI office in that town. The agent told me to screenshot the message and send it to his phone. They made a little courtesy call to the guy. So… watch out, b*****.”

Kevin Nash’s way of dealing with death threats is actually very smart and practical, so we’ll have to wait and see whether other wrestlers will listen to his advice to protect themselves.
