WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash has achieved numerous milestones in his lengthy and illustrious professional wrestling career, even if he has his fair share of controversial takes. There is no doubt he is very courageous in the face of danger and that’s why it’s no surprise Nash chose to face Hurricane Milton head on despite evacuation warnings.

Hurricane Milton has unleashed widespread devastation throughout Florida, with residents preparing for catastrophic consequences. The storm struck land on October 9, leaving a trail of destruction in its path. Fatalities have been reported in St. Lucie County along Florida’s Atlantic coast, where authorities confirmed that tornadoes also hit the area.

Kevin Nash took to his Instagram and uploaded a video, where he talked about how Hurricane Milton was affecting him and said he was glad it would be gone soon. He remembered how the north side of storms used to be easier, while the south was rougher. This time, even though he was on the north side, the storm was still causing problems with strong winds and no flooding.

Nash noted that he is worried about storm surges and more damage to a beach that’s already in bad shape. Nash added that he chose to stay at home and face Hurricane Milton head-on despite evacuation warnings. Nash added that he knows things will get better, and he looks forward to sunny days and the fresh ocean air. He understands that good things often come with challenges.

”Hurricane Milton. Can’t say you’ll be missed once you leave my shore. Used to be the north side of the storm was the easier ride. The south side was the dirty side. The first time I can remember, I’m on the north side, and this bastard is making the dirty side 40 mph less wind gusts and nothing flood wise. Now I’m going to deal with storm surge and more beach erosion to a beach that barely exists. A new day will fall upon me sooner or later. I’ll take in the sun and incredible salt air. I’m smile and forget my battle. I’ve learned nothing worth while doesn’t come with out a cost.”

NXT has also felt the impact of Hurricane Milton, as the storm forced the company to postpone upcoming events. Travel complications due to the hurricane left many NXT Superstars stranded in St. Louis after the October 8 episode at The Factory, unable to return safely.

To make things even worse, Tropicana Field, which was WWE’s ThunderDome during the pandemic and also hosted this year’s Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, has been heavily damaged by the storm. Nonetheless, fans simply want Kevin Nash to be safe from the Hurricane and that’s all that matters to them, as they are certainly inspired by his courage.
