Dave Meltzer reported in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Kenny Omega has signed a new deal with New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Omega’s new deal with NJPW is through January 31, 2019. This means that Omega will not sign with WWE and be a part of this year’s WrestleMania 34 event or next year’s Royal Rumble.

Speaking of Omega, his match against Chris Jericho at Wrestle Kingdom 12 received a five star rating in Meltzer’s imaginary rating system.
