Keanu Carver’s WWE run appears to be over. After a lot of speculation surrounding his status, a new report states that the NXT talent has now been removed from WWE’s internal roster and is no longer with the company.
According to PWInsider, Carver, whose real name is Kevin Robertson, has been removed from WWE’s internal roster and is gone from the promotion. While WWE has not publicly announced his departure, the report states that he is no longer listed internally.
“WWE NXT star Keanu Carver was removed from WWE’s internal roster and is gone from the company, PWInsider.com has learned.”
The update comes after Robertson was served with an order of protection preventing him from contacting a contracted WWE NXT talent. We then reported that the case involved Arianna Grace, whose real name is Bianca Carelli.
According to the report, Carelli filed for the protection order on September 14, alleging Robertson had stalked her and committed acts of domestic violence during and after their relationship. A court hearing was held on September 22, where the judge ruled that the protection order would remain in effect. PWInsider also noted that, as of October 5, Robertson has not been criminally charged.
The report follows a week of uncertainty surrounding Carver’s future. Dave Meltzer previously reported that people within WWE believed he “may be gone for good” following the protection-order case, although that had not been independently confirmed at the time.
As Ringside News previously reported, Robertson remains subject to a temporary protection order requiring him to stay at least 500 feet away from Carelli and have no contact with her. Court filings also included text messages in which Carelli repeatedly told Robertson to stop contacting her, leave her home and respect her boundaries. A further hearing in the civil case remains scheduled for October 20.
While WWE has yet to publicly comment on Robertson’s status, his reported removal from the company’s internal roster is the clearest indication yet that his time with WWE has come to an end. The legal proceedings surrounding the protection order, however, are still ongoing, and Robertson has not been criminally charged in connection with the allegations.
